Our whole visit back in May didn’t last more than 5 minutes. He didn’t even examine me and even after explaining to him how severe my back and leg pain was and it wasn’t working right, he seemed like he could care less what I had to say and refused an MRI until I did 8 weeks of physical therapy at Two Trees PT. I called him a joke before he stormed out and sent his nurse in with discharge paperwork. I’m disabled from my injury and P.T. made things worse. I went back to hospital turn out I had a lingual hernia on right side, and just barely got an MRI and EMG mid September. Turns out I have 3 herniated discs and 2 bulging discs with narrowing from L5-S1 with severe nerve compression. Because of Dr. Tadashi’s negligence, I’ve had to wait months which worsened my pain and ability to walk.He should be ashamed of his service and the whole West Ventura Medical Clinic. I’m reporting him to the Medical Board and Director and I hope he learns a valuable lesson.
