Dr Suresh Balenalli is a man of intelligence, integrity and compassion. He is everything I hope a doctor to be, but rare to find. He listens, explains, advises and treats his patients with the upmost care. He's a one doctor office but I never have to worry about being passed off to a physician's assistant or nurse practitioner. I'm confident that he will have solutions for my concerns or condition. He's simply the best!

No follow through. Write prescriptions for everything. Does not follow up with patients after placing on new medications. Doesn’t follow up on patients with high blood pressure. Had a friend with dangerously high blood pressure and he didn’t address it in the office. He didn’t say anything. I found out about it when my friend told me what her blood pressure was in the office. She left his care

It's hard to give a review for a doctor who refuses to see you because a previous doctor prescribed sleeping pills for chronic insomnia. I tried to make an appointment with this doctor who a friend recommended. First thing they ask when you call is what meds you take. Told me they had an appointment at the end of April, but would check my insurance and call me back. The next day they called to say they checked my prescriptions and I was prescribed sleeping pills in the past. Now suddenly the doctor has no new patient appointments which the day before he did. I said I don't need to get in until June or July and now they have no appointments until August and they won't precribe sleeping pills. I don't even take them anymore. Obviously they were lying and want nothing to do with me because I have a medical condition and temporarily needed sleeping pills. Why would you run my prescriptions if you have no new patient appointments? Wow, just wow! Complete discrimination. I guess only go here if you have only medical problems that the doctor approves of treating like high blood pressure. Unbelievable!

I had a zero balance for my preventive check up a year ago and returning today l paid my 20 dollar copay and was told I owed for previous year. When I tried to explain there was zero balance and never received any bills over the past year a business office woman was called who screamed at me embarrassing me in front of others. To top it off the doctor refused to listen to reason making excuses for his business office unprofessional behavior telling me“business is hard because it’s the only business that a person like me has to wait to be paid “ I told him that it was not worth my time to argue over a mere 20 dollars but that he is not allowed to charge for yearly preventive medical anyway. And there are plenty of hard working business people who have to “wait for their money” I will never go back.

If you require medications that need a prior authorization, go somewhere else. They do not return phone calls and the office manager is COMBATIVE. This left my 83 y.o. mother without medication for over a week. Zero bedside manner here and they use a storage room as an exam room for elderly patients....I don't know what this is when they have other rooms available but I will say it is rude, uncaring and a filthy way to practice medicine. Take your loved ones somewhere else, there is much better care out there.

I chose this Dr from a co worker recommendation as my primary md. It is close to where I work. First phone call to schedule appt, I was informed this dr does not write scripts for controlled substances. This was before I even gave my name, etc.. I just moved here from Chicago and haven’t seen a dr for over a year. All I needed was to be seen for bp and cholesterol meds. The receptionist/nurse was not friendly and after three days still have not received a phone back regarding an appt. I will be getting a different primary.
