This have been so far the worse experience I have in a doctor’s office, Dr Joseph Halinski is a bad person and a terrible health professional, he doesn’t care about his patients wellbeing, the office manager is a person called Michelle that I only saw one time after a problem I hade in this place,she is a liar,Halinski is to, I have a open case with my insurance against this place, they treated me bad like really bad, they lied to me in my face and they lied to my insurance too, I’m not going to let this go,because if they treat me like this I just can’t imagine how they treat older patients,I really really don’t recommend nobody going here.

Would rate 0 stars if I could. I have been calling for over a month for my fiances medication to be sent to Walgreens instead of cvs. Either the staff is not doing their job or dr halinski is refusing to send to new pharmacy. First problem we had was when we were there for new patient appt he said either pills or injection. Fiancé decided on taking pills so I called to let them know, they tell me “oh well the dr is recommending the injection, he said the pills don’t work very well”. Why did you give us a choice then, why not just tell us you’ll send the injection? Everytime I call I get different answers “he was out for the week, he just got back today” “it takes 24-48 hours for medication request” “I let the MA know, I’ll also let the dr know when he walks by”. I’ve left multiple voice mails on the MAs phone. I’m absolutely sick of this place. Good thing it’s not a life saving medication cause my fiance would be dead by now. They need to hire new staff who will actually do their job right or they need to be retrained. Absolutely ridiculous.

I have been going to this clinic for many years and I’ve been through a few doctors. I recently have needed to go back on my diabetes to medication. I asked for the one that I like that doesn’t give me any side effects and this doctor doesn’t want to work with me and sign an authorization so that I can have the medication of my choice instead of something that makes me feel ill.

I am a new patient and have been sitting in my room for almost a hour and no doctor has came in the room yet. These doctors office has to do better with making people wait almost a hour to be seen after being put in a room. This is outrageous

Copying my review to this location because for some reason this office has two separate pages for the same building, with VASTLY different reviews.

I haven't had worse treatment at a doctors office in my entire life.

From charging me for visits I had already paid in person, to being unable to schedule for months out, to today.

I was told that I needed to update my insurance on file. I said I didn't have the card on me. She said, OK bring it next time.

While waiting I found what I presumed to be my current insurance card. When she ran it she told me that this was the wrong card and I should have received a vertical one.

Then she tells me that I can't have my 8:30am appointment today because of that. When I'm already here. After just telling me it wasn't a problem before...

So, when they do something stupid, don't ever correct them and try to be a good patient. Neesa has no problem breaking the rules when I didn't have my card, but suddenly can't now? And I have to wait weeks for another appointment?

I'm done. Too many mistakes and bad receptionists. I'll take my records to another office that has competent staff that stay there longer than a few months...

Dr Rose is amazing. She listens to you. She takes the time to take care of you. Her medical assistant is VERY RUDE and has no business working with the public. I love her nursing staff they are always quick witted and funny. They put you right at ease.
If that medical assistant keeps up her rude behavior we will have to change doctors.

This clinic in DeLand is a little building. They have too many patients. Understaffed long wait times eye problems a lot in this office. If I were you, I really would not go there. Things get all mixed up referrals get screwed up. Doctors can't keep up with your medication and refills. When you go there you expected to wait at least a half an hour an hour to see the doctor you get in the room you wait at least another hour until the doctor comes in. All in all this is the one they assigned to me. But I would not recommend it for anybody else.

I had been dealing with strange issues for several years, and no one understood why. Apparently, they weren't testing for the right thing. I went to see Carmelia Lee, and she figured it out during my first visit! She's the best doctor that I've ever been seen by. I wish my previous doctors would have investigated and listened more as she does. If she ever left this office, I'd literally move just to be sure that I kept her as my primary care physician.
