I think she is not responsible about patients. She never visited me and her assistant prescribed a bunch of medications that none of them worked. I don’t recommend her to anyone.

My son has been seeing Dr Guide as well as Kendra in the SC office and they’ve done an amazing job helping him get rid of his severe acne with accutane. The staff are wonderful in both offices and he feels so comfortable sharing and talking to them about his biggest insecurity which has been his cystic acne. The medication has done wonders for his confidence and self esteem. We were referred by my neighbor who also took her son to Dr Guide and had so many good things to say and I share that same philosophy she had with Dr Guide’s team. We are still continuing the accutane and look forward to the day when he will be officially acne free completely. It’s a commitment but so worth it. We are in good hands!

Dr. Guide is awesome! She gets 5 stars, she’s very knowledgeable and efficient and was accurate in diagnosing my daughter’s face allergy from one look….. in the other hand, her front disk office/ appointment girl (not sure what’s her name) is so rude and unprofessional that know nothing about customer service!! After rescheduling my appointment two times, pushing me month ahead and while discussing the urgency of my appointment she hanged the phone on my face!!

I wish I could see Dr. Guide in different office as I wont waist a good doctor’s consultation over staff issues but yet won’t wanna deal with that lady from front office ever again! what an unnecessary dilemma!

Due to the urgency of my child’s health the pediatrician referred me to this particular office, since my child’s health improved significantly I will now follow up with a different doctor.

The costumer service is horrid. I have called the office number provided , but the person who answers it’s either a rude, unprofessional male receptionist or an inattentive woman that puts me on hold for a long period of time. I would understand the rude treatment if I were talking/treating them with a vile attitude but I don’t have no desire of treating others that way. They function as though they are DMV employees.

The doctor however is very knowledgeable and efficient. When I took my son to the clinic for an on going skin problem she was able diagnose his condition in a matter of minutes. I was satisfied with the visit because she prescribed a treatment that definitely helped improve his condition. Since the skin condition disappeared I no longer have to deal with the staff which is wonderful.

BE KIND!! Treat others the same way that you want to be treated.

Avoid this office! It is horribly run and there are significantly better dermatologists out there. Doctor doesn't follow up on care or return phone calls. The billing for the office is the worst I have ever encountered. I received a bill from the office 15 months after treatment! There is no apology when you prove it was paid or reimbursement when you have to pay the bank fee for a copy of the cancelled check. Then I received another one over 2 years later that had never been submitted to my insurance company! They expected me to pay the full amount. It is well past their contractural limits so my insurance company got involved and sent them a cease and desist letter so they would stop harassing me. I have multiple neighbors that have had repeated billing problems with them. No redeeming value. Avoid Dr. Guide.

Our experience in the past was always rushed & Dr. Guide never had time but we tried again to book an appt hoping for the best.

We booked our appt three months in advance. Office was not accommodating to our work schedules. We requested days off work only to have the office call & cancel so had to reschedule.

We finally were able to go in & arrived the office 20 minutes early. We waited in the waiting area only to be called in where we went into patient room where we waited nearly two hours for Dr. Guide to arrive. We had a list of questions, but Dr. Guide was once again rushed and what seemed like the blink of an eye Dr. Guide was in & out & did not have time for our questions and asked to reschedule for another appt.
Heard other patients complaining
We had to take time off work, missed most of the day & had to pay copays but received very little care. We are very disappointed w/our experience & hope that others do not experience the same.
Dr. does not value patients’ time.

Rude front desk staff wants to you to explain you entire medical history every time you call in. Don't seem to understand about doctor / patient confidentiality. Seems like this place might be okay for superficial cosmetic stuff but I won't return here for a real medicine.
