Dr. Wilson is an Amazing Guy! He's always very focused on us (our family), and truly listens to us when we visit his office. I have never left his office feeling like I hadn't been properly cared for, nor have I ever left his office with unanswered questions. ( unless of course my questions went unanswered due to something like follow up testing etc.) That alone is amazing as far as I am concerned simply due to the fact that I have been to quite a few of Dr.'s in the past, that don't even look you in the eye, or sometimes don't even call you by name, only to rush you out of their office with a quick fix.
Dr. Wilson's Staff at the Billy Creek Clinic are Absolutely Wonderful as well! They are always, kind and attentive, to everyone. When you fist arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted my (most likely) Cindy in Reception, this woman is a "Rock Star!" She always greets you with a Genuine & warm smile and a hello, followed by prompt, kind and professional service. Cindy really cares about the patients and she is always going the extra mile to accommodate, fix, and or help you with whatever you need!
Next you get called back by one of the nurses who are one of kind! Each of them with their brilliant personalities! I love chatting to Mary Anne especially when I go in, I just love her jokes! And of course then you see Dr. Wilson himself ( unless you're there for something else that doesn't require seeing him like a shot etc.) which I've already told you is always a pleasant experience.
The office is always clean, even when it's extremely busy, or crowded. I've never had to wait any longer than 5 or 10 minutes past my appointment time either. Bear in mind I'm not writing this review after one or two visits either, oh no. My children & I have been patients of Dr. Wilson's for almost 10 years.
I recommend Dr. Wilson, to everyone lol, and I'm sure I will always do so! You guys are THE BEST!
