I believe that Dr. Walker is very thorough and knowledgeable. She was easy to talk to and explained my diagnosis well. The wait however was and has been both visits, extremely long. The second visit it was not busy, no patients waiting in the waiting room and only a couple of cars in the parking lot and I still waited an hour and 40 minutes before seeing the doctor. I had a 5 oclock appointment that I had to cancel due to this. If a doctor is on call, in surgery or delivering babies, this is to be expected, but this is not the case. I think much improvement could be made in this area.

I made appointment for my GF who is without insurance and very pleased with this doctor. Cost was more than expected but we got excellent service I believe. She took her time to get all the facts and inquire about more than we were there for. I read the reviews about wait times. I've been to many doctors, dentists etc and wait time took a long time but that is true for most every visit I make at other service providers. I spoke with 2 different girls at the desk and a 3rd the next day on phone. Not sure if new people working but everyone was very nice and polite to us. My GF said Dr Walker will definitely be her doctor for now on once she gets on insurance.

In military, went to dr. and she wasn't bad. I explained my insurance carrier and was still sent to pharmacy outside network. Office staff can use more customer service training. Took COVID test and was told it would take 36 hours to return, one week later still no results. Every day I call and they say they aren't in and they'll call me. Typically good customer service would be returning call and explaining if there's a delay.

The Dr's are very caring and do listen, but they or their staff overbook. The wait times are 3- 5 hours which is just awful. The staff are not very friendly and the front desk people can be very rude. I am no longer a patient there because of this.

They schedule you and make you wait for hours and hours. They run many test and I never seem to get any results of the test. The wait times are way to long (3-4 hours average). You are better off going to a place that can get you in and out in an hour or hour and a half.

First visit I waited 3 hours after my appointment time and still didn't get to see a doctor as they were closing, 2nd visit, I saw the NP, she ordered a few test, I never got results, 3rd strike, I've been trying for a month to get refills of my BP meds called in with no results, thank God my wife was taking the same meds and just gotten a 90 day refill before her Dr changed hers
