Excellent person and physician. Dr. Potts is very caring and thorough and knows exactly what to ask you to cover all bases on your visit. He’s very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. What I like the most about his practice is that every visit you get to see him, not a nurse practitioner or physician assistance. Dr Potts is thorough in his intake process as a new patient and makes the necessary referrals as needed. The office staff is friendly and efficient and there is no lengthy wait time. I never have to wait more than 10 minutes in the waiting room. Even when Dr. Potts is busy he always takes his time to make sure I'm okay, on the right track with my medication and if I need any tests done. His staff is wonderful. They are efficient, pleasant, hard working and very accommodating if you have any problems. I recommend Dr.Potts to anyone who needs a Dr.

Dr Potts treats my entire family including my 88 year old mother. Dr Potts is thorough and kind, you get to see him, the actual Dr when you go to his office, a rarity these days. The office wait times are never long which is amazing and i am always able to reach the office by phone.
I highly recommend Dr Potts to everyone.
