had to change my primary Doctor as Dr. Deem and his staff do not find me and my health concerns to be relevant to their needs. I never hear back from them and always having to call several times to get an appointment. When actually seeing the doctor, he seems to to lack in my health needs and tell me to just lose weight and that will fix the problem. Went to another doctor and found out that I need surgery for the issue I’m having. To say the least, if you want to wast money time and get nothing resolved, continue to go here.

I have seen and taken my children to DR Deem for over 20 years. He is one of the most professional, caring, kind, considerate, and helpful doctors I have ever had. He is the example that others should follow. I have recently moved and I wish I could still have him as my doctor. You won't find a better family doctor than him. I love Dr. Deems office but the girl at the front desk must have been having a bad day today. She was very rude and had a bad attitude. She wouldn't even look me in the eye. But the nurse with really short hair and tattoos that drew my blood, she was an absolute pleasure. She made me feel welcome and comfortable. But the girl at the front desk looked at me up and down when I walked in this morning and had the worst scowl on her face. I'm not trying to get anybody in trouble but patients don't wanna see a mean face right when they first walk into the office.

Dr. Deem is very professional and very candid!
He will tell you how it is and is really reassuring. Been taking my daughter there since she was a newborn (1yr now)
Not once have I left his office feeling judged or feeling like I’m a bad Mother for the decisions my husband and I make for our daughter. Highly recommended!

Have had the worst experience here. Triage nurse is super rude over the phone. Doctor blew off my son’s symptoms for 6 weeks until we went to the ER and got admitted to the hospital. There’s never availability to come in when you need an emergency appointment. Not a fan.
