Dr. Chu, my Mom’s primary doctor, is very lax. She complains about physical pain on her right side of her body and all her tells her it’s old age.

But this is the same he’s been telling her for years, not referring to any specialists who may be able to diagnose her problem.
I took her to my private OA doctor who has diagnosed her with osteoporosis arthritis and consequently prescribed PT in order to control her stiffness and pains.
I tried to discuss with him a couple of concerns after he was through with her, and he was very rude saying he was very busy and other patients. He did listen to me in the middle of the office and prescribed an anti anxiety meds for her anxiety.
I hope he treats his other patients with more understanding and kindness.
He did not show me any bedside manner.

Dr. Paul Chu is absolutely the best doctor. I would not go see anyone else. He’s patient and thorough and takes the time to listen to you. I highly recommend him to anyone and everyone.
