She has helped my mom in so many areas and I am really happy we came across her thanks to my mom’s former coworker. I highly recommend visiting Dr. Pakour, it is rare to find a caring, patient, and professional doctor. She is the best. Her staff is also amazing!

This office is okay. I feel like things I say to the doctor goes through one ear and out the other, unless it’s to their own benefit. They have had lack of communication, in my experience. The doctor beats around the bush when I ask questions. The doctor and staff are nice, but not what I’m looking for in a doctor’s office.

Front desk staff and back office staff are so kind and sweet. Everyone presented in a professional manner yet very friendly and approachable. Doctor was also so kind and gentle. She listened to all of my concerns and provided information as needed. Definitely recommend this office to those looking for a caring primary care provider!

Simply put, Dr. Pakour is the best PCP I've ever had! She listens to my concerns and treats me as an individual, not just another patient on her list. Even during a visit where I consented to some medical students shadowing her, she made sure to circle back to me privately. She is proactively thorough and discovered some issues I would never have addressed.

Her staff is fantastic and friendly as well. I would enthusiastically recommend her practice to my closest friends, family, and other loved ones. My only regret is not having discovered her earlier in my life.

I have been seeing Dr. Pakour for the better part of a decade. She is absolutely amazing. However, in the last few years her staff has changed. In the middle of an extremely stressful time, while in need of medical aid and proper medication. Medical Rx denied the medication and a prior authorization form was required. Maria the office manager repeatedly told me with a less than friendly
demeanor that it had been done. Well I called medical Rx back and was going thru the motions with them. Upon great frustration and the feeling that medical Rx was lying to me because I had every reason to believe my wonderful Dr. and her staff, I was shocked when medical Rx called the Dr. office and had me silent my stay on hodl of 3 way call so I can listen to hear Maria tell them something completely different. Upon realizing that this women had my medical health and record etc… and she was willing to dismiss me and repeatedly lie to me, I was shocked when I brought this up to the Dr. I thought nothing of it. However yesterday I was informed by Maria I have been fired as a patient of Dr. Pakour and all the time and her knowing my medical conditions is down the drain and I have to find a new Dr.? Wow is my response to being told I cannot speak to the Dr. and now being hung up on by Maria. I had an appointment in which they also cancelled now I don’t have my medication can’t get a prescription because I have no Dr. and I have to say the ethics of all this has me stunned Dr. Pakoour if your reading this please call me I am very deeply saddened by this treatment.

Doctor Pakour is an excellent doctor who treats her patients like family. She is empathetic, kind, and understanding, and she will listen to your concerns and help you with your medical problems.
