The office help is very pleasant but they never follow-up on anything. I correspond by phone. Anything I request I'll get a....we'll call you back. Never got a call back. About 4-5 requests over the last few months. Never a return call. Never seen this with a doctors office. But my mom is getting good care so I stick with Dr Savage.

I wouldn’t recommend this office. Dr. Savage is rude and doesn’t seem to care about her patients. My mother and I were with her until my mom had been in the hospital for 4 days with a COPD exacerbation, and upon her release she was supposed to follow up with her primary (Dr. Savage) Dr. Savages office never returned her calls. My mother even went into the office and was told only Dr Savage makes her schedule and they couldn’t make an appointment for her.
Her children are there after school and it seems her staff is the after care while she sees patients.
If a self centered, intimidating and rude doctor is high in your list.. then she’s your gal.

My mom used to be a patient here. Dr. Savage seems enamored with the status of being a doctor, but doesn't actually want to do the work. I was in town when my mom had a serious health issue, and witnessed firsthand the rudeness and incompetence mentioned in other reviews -- all in ONE appointment. I immediately began searching for a new doctor for my mom. After reading many online reviews, and calling offices, we found Dr. Catherine Navarro. She's amazing and everything a competent, compassionate doctor should be.

My mom was a patient of hers for at least 6 years. She recently had an issue which Olga Savage handed her pills saying "this way you won't have to pay for them". When mom would bring up issues she was having, Olga would tell her "your old, that's what happens". Mom is now with a better doctor, and due to Olga's negligence we are currently sitting in the ER with kidney failure. I will be pursuing this issue, and I will have her medical license.

Dr.Olga Savage and her office personnel are the most caring, and they have so much patience with their patients. I can call 24/7 and get hold of Dr Savage. She really cares about her patients and I have had to have her assistant's come in on Saturday or Sunday if I need a treatme t to breath. They are the best and go above and beyond

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Savage for over 3 years now. Her office is immaculate and her service is the best I’ve ever received from any doctor. She is always pleasant and never in a rush. She and the staff are the best!

Dr Savage is rude and incompetent. She does not like women so if you're a woman I wouldn't go see her. Did not address my questions on my last visit so I said that's enough. Her assistant Alicia is amazing

Been there 5-6 times and not once did I see the same doctor. What happened to getting to know your patient? I’m a patient on disability who forgot about a 182.00 bill. So when I came in she asked if I had 182.00 to pay the back bill. I said I didn’t have the money at the time. I’m a diabetic remind you. Asked if I could set up a payment plan so I could see her. She told me if this was any other office you’d be in collections and said this in a mean way and refused to see me. All for 182.00! She’ll get her money. Before she humiliated me in front of her employees she should’ve been professional about the situation. Thanks for making feel worse than I did.
