I pay more for a concierge doc primarily because time is money. My time is valuable and punctual appointments are crucial. My experience with Dr. Bawa's office has been disappointing because I arrived 10 minutes prior to my apppintment only to be told they did not have me scheduled. I produced my appointment card proving my appointment time and the receptionist said I would be "worked in." Instead of being seen at 11am it was exactly noon before the nurse practitioner walked in to see me. They have no respect for their patients time.

I’m so pleased with Dr.Bawa and associates. When I’m not in the office I know I can text what ever concern or question I might have, and it’s almost instant response. They always take care of my need. (Who is in charge of the texts has it together!! They are awesome! I love my physician assistant Kara Hyman. She’s easy to talk to ,makes things clear , and is super understanding. I’m lucky I found them.

The staff were kind, answered all of my questions and were very helpful! As a Nurse I expected to have a 20 minute visit with the Physician but that was NOT the case! Dr Bawa was with me for over 1 hour discussing a treatment plan with me. He listened, then spoke. He was interested in what I had to say and my thoughts. He welcomed my participation in care planning. It was truly what I was looking for! I look forward to establishing a relationship with the office!

Practice is going downhill Fast. Been a patient for many years and the staff and Doctors,NP.and PA’s are always changing. You would think Dr. Bawa would send out a letter like normal practices do when a Doctor or NP or a PA is leaving no you just get told when you’re making an appointment. Been through a lot through the years but this was the final situation. I was seeing a NP Stacy and was told she was leaving through a text message you can not call and get a human anymore due to them losing office staff. It’s definitely not a great way of running a practice things get missed. Stacy changed my meditations and said we would work on things well I would never see her again because she’s leaving no phone call no letter. This is the fourth NP that I have seen at this practice and they have all left. My experience with the last NP was disturbing I had just had major surgery at UAB and contracted a serious infection I was put on several antibiotics and they didn’t work should of been sent to a infectious disease specialist but instead was basically ghosted by the NP ended up going for iv therapy for 3 1/2 months due to this NP not doing her job. There have been so many terrible experiences at this practice I should of left years ago but with my medical issues was staying because they knew my history. The only thing Dr. Bawa cares about is selling his beauty products and spa treatments. Also trying to get you to sign up for medical marijuana. I have been told multiple times by my other specialists I need to find a new doctor well that’s what I’m going to do. Beware. Of this practice it’s very unorganized, and they don’t even take your calls. I care is substandard. And they definitely don’t care about you.

The staff at Dr. Bawa's office is very professional and courteous. I arrived late for my appointment but they were still able to squeeze me in. Even though I was late I did not feel rushed when I met with the nurse practitioner. She took her time with me and conducted a very thorough exam. She listened and I felt like she really understood my situation. Her knowledge about my diagnosis was very reassuring. I highly recommend Dr. Bawa to anyone looking for a family doctor.

I love Dr.Bawas office! The staff is so amazing! Brittney Booker is one of the best nurse practitioners I have ever come across! Her patience and willingness to listen is something I have not come across in the medical field ever!

Dr. Bawa, has been a very kind and considerate Doctor. I am a new patient, to him and his practice. He seems to be very knowledgeable about the medical issues I have that I could not get under control. I am glad to say that those original issue's are under control now.
I was so pleased with Dr. Bawa, my wife has changed her P.C.P. to him.

The staff at his office are all great, Jessica the M.A. is wonderful.
