Purohit and Amy was a great Doctor when my girls were babies. Now his new staff working is unbelievable. This wait time and this lady is rude and slow. Didn't start seeing patients until 11:30. Its 120 now. Still waiting. Been here since 1015 am. Hell you better pack a lunch. People need to respect the time. 2 hours should be the max been here waiting like this. I wouldn't never come back again. Unless Dr. Purohit or Mrs. Amy or his son us working. I'll be looking for another Doctor office or going to Outpatient.

These new workers they got working the front windows omg she is so rude man I wished you all get the old workers back cause these new one's don't know how to be nice and kind the one white lady was very rude she don't need to be working the front windows she is not professional at all she just had me standing in at the window didn't say I'LL be right back with you or how many I helped you she just sat there and I don't like that cause I was being nice I don't want to see her at that window again cause she's not professional at all

The receptionists all act frazzled and super busy ALL of the time but they would rather talk about who's dating who or what so and so boyfriend did to them, they do it loud and in ear shot of anyone in the building, and sometimes it gets nasty. This is a pediatric clinic, with kids, who don't need to hear who is boning who. Trying to call to get test results is the hardest thing anyone will have to do, they will put you on hold over and over again without saying a word, and after you've been on hold for 45+ minutes to finally find out the test results, they say a nurse or Dr. will have to call you back, and you guessed it.. they don't. They always close 30 minutes early so if you try to call 30 minutes before they close they've already shut their phones off and forwarded the phone calls to answering service, which is some elderly lady that literally just answers the phone to tell you they've closed and to try back tomorrow. Something needs to change with the staff the Dr. hires because this place has gotten so bad, he must really be scraping at the bottom of the employment barrel to get these kind of inconsiderate overly rude people.

I’m shocked at the amount of rude encounters I’ve had here. I was a patient here and since I’m 18 my Medicade runs out so now I have to find another primary doctor.. I just had my 18 year old check up this year and I had a set of shots to take.. I took one then and then a couple months go by and I call to schedule another appointment for my other shot. Well unfortunately I called and they said they didn’t have my shot on the record.. Not only that but I called at 4:30 to get a quick referral for southern immediate care and they tell me the office is closed... they close at 5.
Over all this place isn’t thorough and very rude staff almost always. It’s ridiculous, The Dr is very nice the but the nurses are rude.

Dr. Puroit is the best pediatrician ever. He was the first doctor to find munchausen by proxy syndrome on my sister's grand children which saved their lives and he helped me get .y grandchildren when their mother was neglecting them. This man is exceptional in his field.

I love this office 🙂 I take all three of my children there and wouldn't take them anywhere else! We like all the Doctors and have seen them all at some point, but our favorite in Dr. Branch she takes the time and listens to you and acts like she is concerned about all the things mothers want to ask no matter how crazy lol!!

All they care about is money and upgrades new paint etc. also when they make a mistake they seem to look like they don't know what's going on. Dr. P was my doc as a child and so far has been my kids until today, WE WON'T RETURN!!!! Your patients are the reason you are where you are today without them you'd still be with a shared practice with Dr. DOGGETT!!!

We came two days after our baby was born and they let us all (2 adults and a child) back there with me. two weeks later we have an aptmt and only one adult can go back there now. and ive had surgery and cant carry the carseat. b.s. staff sucks.
