I had to travel to 5 different urgent cares before I was directed here. The waiting rooms at the other clinics were jam packed. This was my first time in the clinic, so I wasn’t sure what to expect but they got me in very quickly, staff was really nice and professional. I was seen in a timely manner, had a wonderful practitioner diagnose me (Shout out to Becky!) was able to get same day prescriptions, and will be using this clinic from now on. 👍

Hello All
This was my very first visit to Dr Mike’s office. I came in checked in. Receptionists was very pleasant and helpful with my questions. I sat for about 2 hours. Which went by kinda fast. Seen by a Dr. within 10 minutes it was a in and out type of visit checked my ears , throat, chest and back. I had a bad non stop cough for one day. He told me I didn’t have bronchitis nor asthma which was good. But I was still concerned of his answer. I ended up going to picked up medication and let’s see my outcome in a couple of days. I had my appointment at 4:30pm got there 10 minutes early. I walked to the receptionist and she asked for my symptoms I told her and she had me go and buy a COVID test they needed a negative test to be seeing. I went came back shower her my negative test I got back at 4:41pm. She then proceeds to tell me that since it was pass my appointment time she would add me on there. Well she ended up telling me that one of the providers didn’t show up in the morning so they were backed up. Everyone that had an appointment in the a.m. we’re just now being seeing. It eneded up with her canceling my visit. The nurse said that the reason for that was because they were backed up and the doctor didn’t want them to work overtime. So they made me wait for 4 hours for nothing.send me in my way with no medication and a phone appointment for the following day. I’m very upset over this visit. Waste of my time and COVID test for nothing.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a medical facility. Didn't listen to my concerns, decided I was good to go to work without even identifying the problem. Ordered physical therapy without even identifying the problem. Presented herself as an Dr.,but really is just a nurse practitioner. Didn't bother to ask what my job duties are but decided I am capable of doing them, still not knowing what the problem is. Didn't bother ordering more tests to try to determine the problem. Completely uncaring and rude. She is supposed to be my advocate but apparently didn't take that class in nursing school. Should be fired before she causes more harm to other patients. Shame on you.

The team of people in office worked quick and efficiently to get everyone seen quickly, we’re all kind. I was so thankful for a group of people to work on a Sunday and had somewhere to take my son and I when everywhere else was closed. They showed compassion and sympathy for my sick child.

Very poor experience. We waited with 1 person ahead of us. We heard the doctor talking to they person and then they left. We waited for almost an hour and when I asked if we would be seen next, the girl said " there are 7 rooms and 1 doctor and not all the rooms are filled, he will be with you shortly. " Then she shut the door in my face. So rude! We didn't wait, we just left. ANYWHERE else is better than Dr. Mike's.

We’re allergic to the topical medication my son was prescribed. & they made a big deal out of it when we’re just trying to avoid allergic reactions. It shouldn’t have been that hard & that rude about it.
