I went to my visit. I was seen in good time. the nurse that took my weight did good at her job. Then she placed me in the room and I waited to be seen by the doctor with my chest x-rays results. But seeing that I had to have more X-rays done I needed an MRI. I think that they should have called me instead of me having to keep calling them and asking them were my x-rays in yet. I feel as soon as they got them in they should have called me and let me know that I may want to make an appointment to come in and be seen by the doctor so he can tell me my results. I felt that they didn't feel that it was an important situation. I think in the future they need to call the patients and make an appointment for them when they have exams that needs more urgent Care attention. Other wise I feel the staff was very friendly and helpful to taking care of my needs. The medication that Dr Babajide gave me worked well.

My mother has been feeling ill and with a cough that gradually became worse. I didn’t want to wait to schedule an appointment so I just walked her in. As always we were greeted with great service. The office never fails us! Special thanks to crystal for always being so helpful and always offering A+ customer service to all patients.

I've been in this room for over an hour, the doctor comes in and asks me if the nurse has my paperwork. I replied with I'm not sure, he leaves for another 30 minutes and returns to ask if the nurse got my paperwork together yet. Like I don't know they are your nurses. I came in they took my vitals and sat me in this room I just want to be seen for my lung infection 😩. And as I am typing this a nurse came in and asked if I had been seen yet. I explained it to her now I'm waiting again woohoo.

This is Joginder Ram, I saw the doctor yesterday. She was very nice and took care of me, God bless her. This is my family doctor and she accommodated me so well, amazing hospitality and gave me such helpful results for me. I'm so eternally grateful to them, they checked everything with intricate precision and kept reassuring me for my health, my anxiety was through the roof before my appointment with her but now I have hope. God bless her, amazing person.

Wait was short with an apportionment. Staff in front was nice but I am not impressed with doctor Babajide Fajemisin. My daughter has had a cough for 4 weeks and just this week she started a fever and green mucus. I had explained my son had a bacterial lung infection (tested at their Victorville office 2 weeks prior to today) and he ignored it. He also did not perform any tests on her (RSV, COVID Etc)x My son had the same symptoms as my daughter. Now I was told I’ll need her to be reevaluated on Monday when another provider is there. WHO HAS TIME FOR THIS? Doctors need to listen to parents of their children. I know my daughter! If this turns into RSV or pneumonia, I’m going to be LIVID!

I waited almost 2 hours to be called back, then waited about 30 minutes for the doctor to come in, didn’t come and I had to leave to get my son from school. Sucks waiting that long to just have to leave and mind u, there was only like 3 people ahead of me.

Extremely friendly staff. Receptionist was thorough. Nurse did forget to do a manual BP TEST, the auto one wasn’t accurate. The cuff became extremely tight and it hurt so my results were off. The doctor was knowledgeable but I was surprised he diagnosed me without an exam. But since I moved to California I have found this to be the norm. I’m from Indiana and they always did exams. I pretty much could have done a phone interview but I do have a follow up with my doctor in 3 weeks I’d made before this appointment. But I would definitely use Dr Mike’s again as all in all I was at least able to get started on a broad spectrum antibiotic. So A+ Service I would definitely recommend the clinic for anyone needing to be seen right away.
