The first appointment went well! I was in and out fairly quickly and she was very sweet, but all of my experiences with this doctor after were horrible! I was just trying to get on birth control. They cancelled and had to reschedule my appointments 5 different times! I’ve had to take off work for every appointment just for them to call day of to tell me it’s cancelled. Most of the appointments were cancelled just because she went out of town! That is completely unprofessional! If I have to schedule my work around her, she should have the decency to schedule her vacations around her patients. Today they called saying they wouldn’t be able to because she won’t be in practice by the time I’d have a follow up appointment. Because of this, she “didn’t want to”. I am absolutely fed up with this doctor! The staff were very friendly though, would not blame this on any of them. They were very apologetic about it.

I would give her negative 5 stars if I could.
1. She botched an outpatient procedure of mine and results were inconclusive. She wanted to do it again however I said no. 1st procedure cost me my 1000 deductible and of course insurance will not pay for same thing twice regardless if it’s Doctor’s fault.
2. Canceled on my daughter 5 times... each the day of the appointment. My daughter took off work all 5 times . Most times it was because the doctor didn’t bother to show up. The last time being because she would not have time for a follow up appointment the following week because her practice is closing. Is there any wonder why?!? Worst experience ever with OBGYN. Even her staff is fed up with her.

Glad to Mrs. Malone and her family stepping out on their own. She was my doctor at Ladies First and I am following her now. I liked the staff at Ladies First, never had a problem, great service, place was always clean, refreshing, welcoming, and you were seen on time, unless your doctor was delivering a baby lol. Goodluck Dr. Malone!!!!!

I followed Dr. Malone and I would keep following her. Its rare to have a Dr. None the less an OB who listens and has the knowledge to make the tough choices the right choices for mom and baby. I found her while pregnant with my 3rd child. My first two kids were born at 32 weeks Dr. Malone got me to fill term.

Very disappointed! Took 2 months to get my birth control in ! Then it came in!! Then said it would be 2 weeks before they even would put it in!!! Worst obgyn I've ever been to! Over changing me !
