I received a referral for Dr. Likens and it has been a blessing and I am so thankful that I did. His adjustments are on point. The advanced P wave and heat and stem therapy I have been getting I never had before and I can’t say enough positive things about it. Lauren has been awesome as well with the massage therapy. Dr. Likens and his entire staff are all top notch which includes Shara, Sarah, Robin, Kristen and Lauren among others. Shara specifically is always so helpful and kind with appointment scheduling as well. I very highly recommend these folks and if you are in need of chiropractic care that you go check them out… you will not be disappointed.

Dr Likens is very personable, caring, and extremely knowledgeable in the fields of Chiropractic Care and Acupuncture. I have achieved quite a bit more range of motion in my neck and back along with an increased level of pain management due to an extensive treatment plan provided by Dr Likens. I highly recommend him for your Chiropractic and Acupuncture needs.

Dr Likens has been my savior for a few years now. Whenever my hips and lower back get out of wack a quick adjustment and I’m like new again. He’s also very informational and truly wants to help solve the problem. I’ve been taught how to try and prevent the problems from reoccurring as often. Would definitely recommend his services to anyone who’s looking for some relief.

Doc Likens and Doc Pickett are not just great Chiropractors, they are great community stweards too. As someone who has had multiple spinal surgeries, I enjoy my treatment at Navarre Chiropractic Center. I always feel better on the way out than I did on the way in.

The very best chiropractor ever. His staff knows every patient and what they need. If you want or need your back adjusted. Don't have to wait for a car accident. Dr. Likens is the nest ever. Dr Pickens is also great.

Very great staff and business! They always welcome you by name and are always smiling. Extremely knowledgeable on chiropractic care and overall health and physical wellness. It’s nice to have a Dr office that offers a variety of top quality care that doesn’t cost an outrageous amount.
