1. Claims to accept new patients. After accepting me as new patient, says I must wait 6 months for an appointment.

2. Staff does not answer the phone. 30 minutes hold time.

3. Staff does not return calls for voicemails.

In summary, utterly incompetent. Do not pick as your provider under any circumstance.

At first the doctor seemed like he was very responsive to my needs and gave me the proper referrals as requested. After in the follow up, I brought up a couple of other issues that I hoped to look into and he brushed them off and said I’ll be fine, without ever even looking! from behind his chair! Then at my next appointment he changed my appointment date last minute, and the one after that they wanted me there at 8 am and no one, not even the office staff arrived till 830. I had to rush to drop my kids off at an early hours program twice for nothing! The Dr. seems to just go through the motions and unless you from the “mother land” I doubt you get the individual special help you’re looking for.

This has been my doctor for over a year. Dr Basovich is very thoughtful and intelligent and I trust him. Other doctors I have been to in the past are simply trying to crank as many people as possible through the door. Dr Basovich takes the time to listen to your issues and have a conversation about them. Yes the wait times are a little longer but the service you receive here is superior to other doctors you might see. The women who work at the front desk are also professional and adept at their jobs.

As any doctors office u have to wait a little bit , but I was seen and he gave me some things I needed for my foot . I was able to get my prescription and also schedule tests and another appointment. He seemed cool to me .

One of the worst doctors offices I have been to in the Sacramento area. They don't answer their phones and they don't open the office on time in the morning. If you have an 8:00 appointment they will show up at 8:15. Don't make appointments for 8:00 if your staff won't be there until 8:15. Very unprofessional the doctor himself seems like he's uninterested in your case. Like you don't matter, you're just another invoice he can turn in to get paid.

scheduled appointment At 9 AM didn’t get to see the doctor until 11 on numerous occasions never on time for appointments you have to sit and wait. They don’t answer the phone. They don’t refill your prescriptions when needed very unprofessional, don’t listen and a very rude attitude would not recommend to anyone. The doctor is one of the rudest, most incompetent uncaring, and disrespectful people I have ever met in my life please if you value yourself do not schedule an appointment here

Unfortunately none of my calls were returned, tried to call multiple times during different times of day and was never able to schedule an appointment with the dr assigned to me through my insurance. They never returned my referral call either. I re-assigned to another dr and have yet to hear back from this office.

If zero stars were possible, I would give negative stars!! This place is the BIGGEST joke ever!! They make an appt for you only to always make you wait literally hours to actually be seen. The women in the office are extremely rude!!
