I cannot give a positive review for this provider, I missed an appointment so I rescheduled and then just a day before my scheduled appointment I'm told by the office supervisor that I cannot be seen by Dr Barnes or any other provider in this practice. I don't know why they didn't say something when I rescheduled, so if you are prone to miss an appointment I don't recommend you going to this practice because they will drop you without any kind of notice. I wanted to add that I had already waited a month to be seen by Dr Barnes, and because I missed my appointment I had to wait another month only to be told I will NOT BE SEEN by this provider and clinic.
Called a different provider closer to home and got an appointment in 3 days vs 30+ days for this clinic. Looks like I dodged a bullet with this practice as a whole. Great way to treat your veterans too!

Refused to take me on as a patient because I no longer wanted my original doctor since I wasn't able to schedule sooner than 2 months out, then get a call that I have to reschedule another 2 months out! Sounds to me like this entire office isn't reliable for a decent doctor. Don't waste your time. I should have relied on the reviews before.

We went to see him after my primary doctor left. On the first visit he tried a rapid release from a medicine I've been on for about 8 years. I was having extreme reactions to the medicine he prescribed me to try. He wrote another and when I went to pick it up the price was high so before taking it I inquired about it and spoke to my pharmacist. They actually said that was not in my best interest due to my history and would actually be more intense then what I was prescribed the first time. My wife looked it up as well. We did not have it filled.

Tried a referral as we were told if I wanted to stay with the medicine I was on which has proven to work for me for years and I don't abuse or beg for medicine just one was all I wanted. I don't even like pain medicine. We even asked for precautionary tests he said he didn't see a point with no symptoms but it was important to my wife and me.

We didn't get an order for the tests, we also didn't get a referral. We did get a list of doctors in the area I had to call and find out who was in network and not. Racing to get everything together and suffering during the process.

I finally found a doctor this week in Pensacola due to a referral who took care of it all first patient visit. I had two doctors, and pharmacologists that were shocked when my wife and I showed and told them on how we were handled. I was actually in an un healthy and even dangerous situation, I'm just glad that I found relief from another doctor in time!

I hope that others don't have the same experience of my wife and I. We've lost a lot of trust with White Wilson and we find it pretty interesting that all the good doctors we've been seeing are now leaving White-Wilson.

I'm referring to Primary Care and apparently Gynecologists as well were great doctors are leaving.

Dr. Barnes has been a complete waste of my time and clearly thinks of me as a joke of a patient. I will not be returning, and finding a new primary doctor.
