Bookings are super flexible (within reason!, given my own hectic work schedule) and I have always been extremely happy with the quality of care I have received. My GF was just done talking with them on the phone, trying to cancel her appointment. Very bad experience talking to their receptionist "Mark", he was road, and unprofessional in his responses and with a habit of hanging the phone in the face of customers. Very disappointed with this practice.

I had to cancel an original booking with this office due to an unexpected surgical appointment, and cancelled per their policy and am now being told they "wont set me up for a new appointment" because they "dont have a note on file of the cancellation", which seems like poor documentation on the receptionist's part. The male receptionist is extremely dismissive of conversation or explanation, since the original cancellation happened with another receptionist. Would not recommend.

I have always had a great experience at Dr. Russelo's office. This week, I needed a chipped tooth repaired, and (1) the reception staff made sure I could get an appointment quickly; (2) Dr. Ford's repair of my tooth was quick and painless and it looks amazing; and (3) they even managed to schedule a cleaning (which was great, as always). I appreciate that they process my insurance payments so I don't have to pay in advance and then wait to get reimbursed. And just a little thing, but I like that they allow patients to listen to their own headphones while they're working. Five stars!
