Dr Katona is very patient and very knowledgeable. I feel like he is a well rounded doctor and i just love his nurse practitioner. She is also very knowledgeable. As long as he is in practice, i am not going anywhere else. I feel that they truly care about my health.

My mother recently visited this establishment and I can say I’m quite displeased with her visit!! I don’t believe Dr. katona was an issue with her visit but this pertains to someone on his staff. My mother was also self pay and I don’t know if that had anything to do with her care but I just think they were very unprofessional to her. She called them letting them know the medication she was on was having bad side effects and the nurse practitioner(Jill) seemed highly uninterested in helping my mother. She also had a horrible attitude towards her and this is one of those situations where if you don’t like your job pick a new one! There’s no reason to be ugly or rude to someone that’s came to that facility for help! BAD FOR BUSINESS!

I’ve never had an issue with this office, but today, I called to schedule an appointment for a covid test because I’m having a procedure done on the 8th of this month and they require a covid test before hand. I wasn’t or haven’t been experiencing any symptoms. So I went into the waiting room and while I’m in there I get a call from the office asking me if I still wanted the test. I told her I was here already. She proceeds to yell at me telling me I can’t be in the waiting room and I need to leave and come around back. I was explaining to her rude and unprofessional self that I was only there because I needed a test before my procedure and she continued to yell over me while I was talking. First of all, I’ve never been the type of person to come to the office without explaining what was going on with me and to see what I needed to do. I would never go around anyone knowing I’m sick. Someone said she was giving the test and she was the office manager, I told them if she was going to do it, I will go somewhere else and I don’t care who she is. It’s a way you talk to people and she was very rude. Someone else came out to wait on me.
