we went to get my mother seen because she had been feeling awful and needed her medicine refilled and we have been here for almost 4 hours, in a room for 2 and still have yet to even see a doctor at all. wouldn’t recommend coming until dr keel is back from vacation, would give 0 stars if i could

My husband had been going to Dr. Keel for a long time. For about a year and a half or so he was going there once a week and getting a shot. His bloodwork was done every 6 months. He went for his blood work results last month. Dr. Carmichael told him he had to stop taking the shots. His blood was way too thick and he might have to have a phlebotomy done. She said she would talk to Dr. Keel and get back with him on Monday or Tuesday. She never called so on Wednesday my husband called and talked to the nurse. She told him she would get with Dr. Keel and call him back. That was a month ago. They just left him wondering what he needed to do. He was concerned about his health. He found another doctor that is helping him.

I did have a one star rating on Dr. Keel & Associates because of how poorly I was treated by Dr. Carmichael. NOW, I give them five stars. Dr. Carmichael is gone and Dr. Emerson has taken her place. Dr. Keel has ALWAYS been an amazing doctor. He listens, is kind and caring, and is very knowledgeable in his field of study. He now has a doctor working with him, Dr. Emerson, who matches his practice in a much better way. Dr. Emerson also listens, is kind and caring, and is very knowledgeable in his field of study. You won't find two more doctors around our area that are any better. Dr. Keel works Monday thru Wednesday and Dr. Emerson works Thursday thru Saturday. They are open from 7 AM until 7 PM. I would recommend them both to anyone who is looking for a doctor. They are GREAT.

I like Dr. Keel, been seeing him for sometime now but going forward I will never visit the office when he isn’t in.
Today’s visit was horrible. The wait time was ridiculous. The staff was rude. As I waited to be called to the back, the girls up front seemed to find it more important to talk, and laugh amongst themselves rather than getting the patients signed in. I literally had to go ask why I hadn’t been seen yet. I do not recommend anyone visit this office on Thursday- Saturday as it always dysfunctional while Dr. Keel is away.

I went to Dr.keels to get checked out because I haven’t felt well my head had a lot of pressure like I was having sinus and my throat was dry like drainage and I had became very dizzy. Well let me tell you if you are in pain and need to be checked out don’t go here. I sat in the waiting room out front with maybe 6 people there for 2 hours until I finally was about to get in the back to tell them what’s going on with me. Then I was put in a room for another hour with no one coming to talk to me about anything all they did was do the strep, flu, and COVID and while waiting for another half an hour in the room all I could hear was the nurses outside giggling and having full on conversations about who’s their favorite country singer instead of helping the sick people that are there. Then after I wait almost their whole work hours they send me on my way and tell me that they are going to send the medicine I need to my pharmacy and that I can go pick it up, well guess what they never sent in the medicine to my pharmacy and I can’t get anyone on the phone about my medicine at the office. So I will never be going back here ever again.
