I have been seeing Dr. Willoughby since early 2023, and she has been a wonderful doctor. I trust her judgement as she seems very knowledgeable. She is kind and easy to talk to. The rest of the staff is also kind and welcoming, and the facility is always clean. Unfortunately I am looking for a new doctor because this practice is too far for me to keep travelling to, but I am grateful for the help she has given me up to this point. I hope her business continues to have great success. If I am ever out that way and need an urgent care, that is where I'll be going.

I’m 75 and have used her for several years. Why are people sitting on corners shoting up drugs and I ask for a refill on a little 10 mg sleeping aid( bc of a recent back issue) and it’s denied? She just saw me 3 months ago and knew I had it fm back doctor who I no longer see since she referred me to a specialist and therapy.
I don’t appreciate that .. either she’s my regular doctor or not!

Worst dermatological experience I ever had. I was prescribed a cream that did not help the problem I was having. I also was given a sample cream from the office to use in addition to the prescription, that I was allergic to and my allergies were documented in my chart. When I went back in the clinic to inquire about and return the cream after I read the ingredients she responded that we “seem to not be getting along”. I was an extremely strange exchange.

I really don't know how any doctor could care less about their patients. Anything beyond rash cream and she'll say you need a "specialist". She has literally told me to go to the ER for one symptom and she will diagnose the other easy one, even though they are related. Insurance has ruined healthcare.
