This Clinic is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Dr. Hoffman is a rockstar along with her Nurse Ms Sharon annnd the bubbly redheaded nurse ( THESE LADIES ARE MY FAVORITE CARE TEAM) They are on top of all of your concerns, worries , they actually listen and take the time to understand exactly what my symptoms or whatever the reasoning is for each and every appointment. The front desk clerks are all so welcoming !!! I can’t even begin to express enough in this review alone how completely wonderful this facility is and I absolutely recommend my Dr ( Dr Hoffman)and her healthcare team ❤️ They are like little Medical guardian angels 😬❤️ Last but not least you had to send a message to Dr Hoffman via the patient portal her or her team will absolutely respond ASAP it’s nothing like my past experiences I’ve had with medical facilities and sending messages and the constant having to call and wait and then no call back or response to messages sent to Health professional. Listen BOTTOM LINE IM 44 I’ve been at this same clinic with same doctor for 3-4 years now well actually my entire family has Dr Hoffman as their Primary Care Doctor.

My problem is not with Dr. Hoffman I think she is great. I think she does a very good job with the shortage of doctors in this area, her work load is heavy because of this I’m sure. My beef is with the receptionist. I’ve been hung up on due to a question they didn’t know so they just give up and hang up. I’ve been transferred to the wrong line many times being passed off. I have been put on hold for over 30 minutes. I eventually give up because I’m either being ignored or forgotten. It’s always something when I call. I dread it every time.

Never had to wait to see Dr. Hoffman. She listens to you and does a complete exam and explains her findings to you in detail and language you can understand.
By the time I get home, her exam results are already posted on my iPad
She and her nurse are a “dream team”.

I've had Dr. Hoffman as my primary for less than a year and I am fed up. I've had to schedule my appointments weeks out, only for them to contact me to tell me my appointment has been cancelled due to a "scheduling conflict", which has led me to wait ANOTHER few weeks just to be seen. Do you know how difficult it is to go 6 weeks with shoulder pain and NOT be seen for it?! When I do see her, there is no true communication, she just does what you suggest, rather than use her "expertise" to advise on what should be done. Her nurse practitioner, Dr. Lindsay, is the same way. I'm getting better help elsewhere.

I have had an excellent experience with Dr. Hoffman. I have found my wait time for appointments is minimal. The nurse that works with Dr. Hoffman is excellent as well. Dr. Hoffman spends time with you and answers any questions you might have. I have also found that she and her nurse are very responsive when I send a message via the patient portal. I highly recommend Dr. Hoffman.

Extremely disappointed for dr Hoffman. I have been seeing her for over a year. One of the first appts I had with her, she miss diagnosed my hand with a sprain. When it was broken in three places. She spent 10 minutes telling me how lucky I was to still have a husband stay married to me with health issues I have (things I literally cannot control, like not being able to have any children.) recently I needed a prescription refill for estrogen since I had a hysterectomy 7 years ago, I cannot create hormones I need for a 32 yr old female. (Born female staying female) instead she has waited 4 weeks to return my numerous phone calls only to tell me she will call back later that same day to let me know what she could do to get me a refill since I had a major judo surgery yesterday. Instead she calls today 7/19, to let me know she refuses to refill even though I am in current full blown menopause at 32 from my lack of medication. I have taken this medicine for 7 years… no reactions or side effects ever, but she refuses to refill for one month giving me time to recover and get an appt. I will remove the care of my husband as well because she has done similar stuff to him. Run far away. She only cares about herself and to tell you about her divorce, relating everything including major hip surgery to how lucky I am to have a husband that wouldn’t divorce me because of it. She seems like a nice person but 0 patient care. 0/10 recommend.
