R.N. Kirsten took me from the waiting room to the reviewing room with a huge smile and welcome on this Monday morning. The reason for my visit and what was going to take place were explained in a manner I understood and immediately put me at ease. R.N. Kirsten took my blood pressure, temperature, oxygen level and pulse after weight and measurement. From then on it was questions, answers, and some help as I had never been through this process before. I was relaxed and enjoyed the actual care and concern shown during the entire visit. R.N. Kirsten left me feeling as though I was the most important patient in the Blue River Family Medicine center today. I look forward to my visit with Doctor Graves this month knowing that the answers provided today will be reviewed and researched if needed to allow Doctor Graves the opportunity to ensure her recommendations are well founded for my future wellness. All the technology in the world and who ever designed the building was an idiot. Good thing there are a bunch of Doctors. However, they need a proctologist to read minds because no one has any idea where to go. Kiosk helps you check in, when it's working. The 3 ladies at the check in desk have lines all the way to the front door. However, the worst part is, where are you going? There's NO Directory! Patients wondering around aimlessly with no help in directing them where to go. Staff hidden behind Door A, Door B, or Door C and I have to ask a janitor where to find my doctor. Beautiful Facility, but you forgot about helping patients with getting around the building and navigating where to go.
