Dr. Puri correctly and quickly diagnosed me with a serious illness that was missed at the emergency room and by my personal doctor. Subsequently, I was treated and the issue resolved. Dr. Puri referred me appropriately and did not waste insurance dollars as many physicians would have done. Dr. Puri and his staff were professional and polite during my care. My family Dr. referred me to Dr. Puri for a bladder issue that i had for almost 2 years.. Dr. Puri did a scope of my bladder diagnosed the problem and corrected it with outpatient surgery.. I am so relieved to have this problem corrected.. I can now sleep all night without getting up 4 or 6 times.. Taking a trip was a nightmare.. Thank you so much Dr. Puri.. I highly recommend Dr. Puri. By the way I had no insurance and was self pay and the Dr. and Staff were very professional and caring ..

Had a long wait to get in and would not even give me any antibiotics even know I seen him once for the same thing a year earlier. I was told I would have to see him before he would do anything for me ..”you guess it at least a 2 month wait” to get in or I was told to go to my “primary”, which was the one that sent me to him. Don’t waste your time or money

I have insurance but it is not in Network. The office girl said they will not help me in any way to file with my insurance company for my out of network benefits. I explained that I was under the care of Dr. Long, who closed his practice and was in the ER last night for an active stone and kidney infection. She said they wouldn't even consider booking until I find a way to have my records forwarded from a closed practice. I was just amazed at lack of empathy in this office.

Dr. Puri caught a very serious illness in me and removed a tumor from my body. (I apologize for the TMI but) I had come in for a swollen testicle, and after an ultrasound it was determined it was a testicular neoplasm and most likely cancer. He made the correct call to have it removed, because after it was removed it was discovered to be embryonal carcinoma, and the longer it was there the more likely it was to spread. So Id say he did his job well, and saved my life. Or at least prevented my life from being much harder, Im still on watch with an oncologist since its an aggressive cancer >.>

when i called this doctor office, a lady in front desk answered the phone and my questions we had for them. i also mentioned to them that we are deaf clients and are required to be provided by them to have interpreters for the whole session, they told me that they have never heard of ADA laws that business/doctor offices are required to give an interpreter every time the clients have appointment. i told them that we have a right to sue them if they do not provide us the interpreter then all of suddenly they said we cannot be their "new" clients since we have had been "threatening" them just because they refused provide interpreters to us. this is always happening to deaf communities everyday THIS IS THE WORSE DOCTOR that was not being nice, the staffs at this office is very rude rude rude. all of my doctors (diabetic & rheumatology) are very cooperative and would give us an interpreters!!
