Dr. Spooner isn’t just super brilliant. He treats from his heart and he does not give up finding treatment to improve quality of life. If you want a psychiatrist who truly cares about the patients AND their families, don’t hesitate to schedule an appointment. We are forever grateful for Dr. Spooner.

I would recommend everyone to go to Dr. Spooners office. From Emily at the front to Dr. Spooner, there is a welcoming, safe energy with them. Awesome experience! An answer to years of pain. I have had decades of pain from a back injury with multiple fractured Vertebrae and herniated disks. I have always been told there was really nothing that could be done for it besides medication. One of the doctors at my Primary suggested I speak with Dr. Spooner and see what he had to offer. From the start Dr. Spooner was confident he could take care of my pain through RFA which targets the specific nerves causing pain. I am now weeks out from the last of several procedures and the difference is wonderful. I went for the procedures thinking if he can do a quarter of what he says it would be worth it. So far, he has exceeded my expectations well beyond what I hoped for. The staff, from front office check-in to back office are courteous and professional and Dr. Spooner has that upbeat, make it happen nature that is great to have on your side.

I have ADHD much like Dr. Spooner. In one visit with him, he related to me and went over several possible ways to improve performance in areas of my life. Even just glossing over them for 30 minutes, I felt very informed. He is very articulate and clearly knowledgeable. I also appreciate that he isn't afraid to reccomend his preferred solutions. Other psychiatrists tend to take an "I'll follow you approach", but Dr. Spooner was the one to take charge with our one on one. It can definitely help ease tension. I got exactly what I wanted out of him, and I appreciate it.

He didn’t listen to my child or myself about what was going on, sent medications to the pharmacy that I had already refused; and lied to us about one being “natural” when it absolutely was not. I’ve never written a review for a doctor in my life, but this was such a bad experience that I feel the need to warn others about how he treated my child. I would elaborate more, but I don’t want to put my child’s mental illness details out there for everyone to see.

Dr. Spooner is wonderful. I am very fearful of new doctors, but he put me at ease very quickly. He also managed to lower my pain substantially within 2 visits! I'm looking forward to continuing my treatments as soon as he opens his new office.

I have been in pain for 20 years due to which I am 100% disabled. Dr Spooner is using his incredible nerve ablation therapy to remove my pain!
I cannot tell you how much I think of him compared to the dozens of other practitioners who could not do for me what he did. He is professional, skilled, on point and versatile. But I think he missed his calling in life...he should have been a comedian! His bedside manner is too funny and it makes you laugh but you have to hold still...Really funny guy and really nice too. But it is his clinical skills that earn him 6 stars. No...7! 10!
