Long gone are the days of a doctor and staff that has a family feeling and personal care like Dr Jose Arias-Vera. I felt heard, listened to and explained in plain and simple terms, given sensible advice and options and ultimately was able to help me tremendously with a complex and misunderstood brain injury/illness. I know he is not a neurologist but he is a well rounded health professional, if he cant help you, he will point you in the right direction. Bridgette at the front dest is a top notch staff member, she is the best, organized and friendly.

Dr. Arias is good, understands my concerns, and always listens but one of his office staff is just rude on the phone. My daughter called to request for a referral. But to cut the story short and not go into details, she wouldn’t let my daughter talk and she went on and on. I find this really rude and unprofessional.

To him and his staff members specifically Bridgette for her friendly and professional service, Dr Arias, as you how my health has gone through good bad and difficult stages back to stable at this present...remember those intensive 60 plus days at Concord John Miur hospital?

Very unprofessional doctor, my parents had a visit with him & was rude during their entire visit they brought forms to be filled out & he started telling them if they knew how to write & read & ruined their papers as he put a big x on the whole page. He barely did anything to them & everything was rushed. This is so disappointing as I work in the medical field myself & the doctors I worked for would refer out patients to him. Definitely will let everyone know about his unprofessionalism & hope that if your self pay you can save your money and find a different doctor because his visit was definitely not cheap. So disappointed
