Have been going to DJ for years. The office is super professional and you cant find a more competent and attentive Dr. He is knowledgeable and cares about his patients. I'm fortunate I found him 13+ years ago & never considered changing Dr.s & and have trusted his care 100%. You will not find a better PCP anywhere. I had continued to see him when transferred out of state for work, making my regular check-ups when possible to see Dr. J -Bostonians are picky about healthcare, as we have access to excellent care, DrJ actually worked with MassGeneral when i needed a specialist's attention.

The doctors are amazing. However, the front staff makes it the least bit worth it. Have been calling MULTIPLE times over the past few weeks trying to obtain a copy of my OWN RECORDS. First two calls the voicemails went unreturned. when I finally reached someone, I was told they don't keep records in their system and they would request through a third party. waited a week, called the third party like the office told me when I called them back. Third party, NEVER GOT A REQUEST FOR MY RECORDS. I called AGAINNNNNNN, was told by another office staff that I NOW needed to sign a release because THEY have my records (completely different than i was told previously). Still have yet to receive that email that was supposed to be sent 24 hours ago. After verifying and repeating the email 4x. They are fully aware that I need these records to avoid going back on a previous medication that caused me complications and they are REFUSING to help.
5 calls since 12/20 with still zero movement or result.

Extremely lucky to have found Dr. Jones when I move down to Florida. So down to earth so honest. The staff at Midland medical is wonderful. Including their pharmacy downstairs.
