Just called the office, twice... the first time I was placed on hold for 5 min and then disconnected. I called back, again placed on hold for 4.5 min and disconnected. Again, I called back and explained that I was on hold for nearly 10 min and did not want to be placed on hold. The receptionist was frustrated and rude with me, but then offered to help. She was surprised that I wanted an appointment because "the doctor is booked til June". I thanked her for her help & hung up. I guess I'll have to find another doctor's office that isn't bothered to do their job.

This office is horrible. Put in for a refill for a medication 2 1/2 weeks before it was due to make sure that I had it in time... they never replied to the pharmacy. So no refill. Tried to call the office an hour before they were supposed to close and the phone just rang and rang... no voicemail, no nothing. The number was the one on my insursnce card. Looked it up online same number. Tried three times and no one ever answered. Glad I wasn't dying!! Time to change to doctors. And, no medication!

If I could put zero I would. Horrible customer service. Girls did not put in my referral auth when they said they would something about not appearing in the system....fine. Didn’t bother to notify me regarding the delay. I just needed a referral to see an ob/gyn for my pregnancy. When I talked to my ins they explained the office should not have had an issue finding me and the auth was submitted as routine. Called the office back and the girl who worked on the auth decided it was best to argue saying she never said what she told me over the phone earlier today. Honestly will be switching pcp and NOT RECOMMEND just because of this girl. They should be a little bit more understanding and admit their faults when they forgot to submit an auth for a pt. Spoke to 2 girls one was Érica and the other who was the rude one failed to give me her name. Typical.
