The one star is for Dr. Muller... The office staff get ( Minus stars )... It is very improffasional and doesn't have any customer service skills. Always giving lectures and directions that doesn't make sense. Please check the previous reviews...
Complicates issues and spends too much time arguing with patients.
I do feel sorry for Dr. Muller. However, he did hire those unskilled people to do the poor job.

Do not recommend.

I would give negative stars if I could, this is THE WORST medical practice and I have never had a good experience with them. I haven't been under Dr. Muller's care for years, and have experienced much better care with other doctors since I've left. I still have family members, who have been unable to switch their medical group/PCP until some other health issues are under control, who are under his care. Unfortunately, Dr. Muller and his staff are completely incompetent and a surgery that should have happened last fall is nowhere close to being scheduled due to referral issues with Dr. Mullers office and another medical practice, and there is no urgency or care involved. I believe Anthony Pinner is no longer there, but when he was the P.A., I left multiple appointments in tears, due to the lack of care and understanding. My favorite appointment was when I discussed starting birth control with him to help relieve horrible PMS symptoms and pain (and not become pregnant), and his alternative suggestion was that my Vitamin D levels were probably low and that I should just take some vitamins. Another P.A. worked there for an amount of time and when I discussed my back pain with her, she told me I was blessed with a bigger chest and should consider myself lucky and maybe try some Tylenol. These people are only there to take home a paycheck and they don't care if you're hurt or sick.

I love the staff at Corona Family care! Dr Muller and PA Anthony Pinner are both excellent physicians. They have great bedside manner and are both very caring individuals. I've been going to see both of them for years now and they have given me excellent care and advice. It is obvious that they really care about their patients health and welfare and they want the best for them.

Attention, care and respect is totally not part of this "Family Care" provider and or office mission. After years of tolerance with their medical attention and service for my 96 year Father - we changed to a different provider! Every time we visited their office, I hoped for better service, attention and respect, but it just got worse every time. If the MD and PA set the tone of disrespect and selfishness, the office staff will follow the same lead. GOOD leadership of professionalism and patient care is TOTALLY missing from this office!

I agree with Donna, except never did get to see Muller, only Pinner who needs to be more into his patients than himself, also his nurse want a waste of time they both were rude to both myself and my husband. The worst ever. Not once did they take care of our health problems! Pinner is more into his ocean fishing trips than his patients. His nurse yelled at me when I asked to have a prescription filled, stating it was not on my list... I have been taking that prescription since 2001...Then after about 10 minutes she goes, oh, here it is... REALLY... finally left them to see real health care for us.

I have been very Happy with Dr Muller. In the past before he moved down the hall to the other Office he was in the same office as Aspen Medical Group which I find their staff very rude. I will be finding another Gyno for this reason. Customer service for Aspen Medical group is REALLY POOR!!!
Ladies if you hate your job so much find another! And if you make a mistake on the appointment just tell us.. The 5 Stars is for Muller.

The most caring and amazing Doctor I’ve ever been with.
He is always listening to his patients, refer them to the best specialists and always following up with the patients.
Not only Doctor himself, but the office guys are more friendly and helpful.

This place deserves negative stars.

Muller's staff is unbelievably slow at processing referrals. I've had visits to a secure a referral and waited three months to no avail. I called the office every three weeks to ask what the hold up was. They blamed the insurance company. But they lied. They sit on referrals forever. The insurance company cannot process something they don't have. It takes so long that they tell you that you have to come in for another visit to secure the same referral you showed up for three months before. Horrible. Avoid this place. My life is so much better now that I quit this place. I now realize how quickly things can get done with a competent doctor and staff.

Also, Muller has a horrible bedside manner, no personality and doesn't explain anything. Anthony Pinnar, the Nurse Practioner, thinks he's Johnny Depp or something and doesn't know his stuff. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. YOU WILL LIVE A LONGER AND MORE STRESS FREE LIFE IF YOU DO SO.
