I took my mother here for a hearing screening and hearing aid assistance. The staff was incredibly friendly and polite. The doctor was very nice and took time with my mother to explain things to her. He gave her several options with hearing devices and the financial part of things. Everything was stress free and had a relaxed environment. I was really impressed with the doctor and would definitely recommend him to anyone. Top notch services and great people.

So kind and thorough! My son has ASD and is non-verbal and Dr McQueen was so great with him. He performed tubes on both of our kids and did a fabulous job. His staff is kind too and everything on the inside is so uplifting. I actually felt better leaving his office just by speaking with him and his staff. Such a light in the community!

Dr. McQueen introduced himself asMike McQueen, he was very personable and listened to me and answered my questions. He took probably 10-12 minutes with me. He's a "space buff" with many NASA related patches and other memorabilia and he took time to explain some of them to me. I'm very impressed and pleased, not just with him but his staff as well. All very personable, professional and efficient. Top notch!

Dr. McQueen is an OUTSTANDING doctor. He takes his time and explains everything in lamens terms. You feel comfortable with him and his staff. You don't have to ask if he walks with the Lord. You know by his actions he is a believer. My husband had to have 4 surgeries for cancer and Dr. McQueen showed compassion and took his time with each surgery. The scars are in my husband's natural neck folds and you would never know he had any surgeries .

Highly recommend! He is amazing with kids and he never told me but I know this man is a Christian. He took time with my baby and he truly cares about his patients. We will definitely go back if needed in the future.

I LOVE DR.MCQUEEN BEST DOCTOR EVER!
but, how come they dont leave any slots for sick vists? Like for instance my son woke up yesterday with his ear draining like a faucet. I called to get an apt and they scheduled me 2 weeks out! I HIGHLY doubt his ear will still be draining that far out. So, i had to takr him to his ped and he referred us back to Mc.queen due to a hole in his ear drum. And this isnt the first time this has happened . My son is 5 and has had trouble with his ears since around 4 monthsold. EVERY TIME i call his office its always schduled that far out. How can we fix a problem that is no longer an issue by the time he actually sees the doctor? Sadly, Im gonna have find another ENT.

I had trouble with my ears growing up and my ENT was Dr.Harris out of dothan (who is retired now)
But anytime i have drainage/pain all my my mother would have to do was call and i would have an appointment that day , a work in or at the latest they would tell her to bring me in FIRST THING the next morning.

The staff was so kind. Just left there for my son, they even got it where he getting his tube done this Friday! I am so thankful for this! Thank you to everyone there today yall are amazing!
