She was my mother’s doctor for some time and was the worst. Rude, condescending and doesn’t care to listen to her patients concerns, my mother felt very uncomfortable and unsupported and not to mention she cancels doctor’s visits last minute. Do yourself a favor and find yourself a better doctor who actually cares and loves their job.

Was a patient of Dr. LACERA For 15 yrs she was good most of the time I all ways wonder y she went through so many nurses but anyways i had kidney transplant due to diabetes so I would see 3 doctors that she referred me to she could be a little irritating sometimes we bump heads if she would try talking down to me all was ok till2022 yes trying to get appointment with her sucked bcause they would make appointment and always the day I get call to reschedule she wouldn't so here we go another couple of months later and try getting a referral from her it's like asking her to get water out sand had no problem b4 because she knew that I had to do follow up with transplant team her staff sucks u call and try to get someone in back no answer lately I asked for a referral for skin condition that she could not tell me wat was causing it we had discussed about it so her msg me that she wanted me to go in for her to evaluate me wen she had already seen it so I went to urgent and got referral right there nxt I needed referral to my transplant. Team for yearly evaluation no referral so I don't recommend that. Office to any

This doctor is cruel, inconsiderate, and lacks patience with her patients. I'm going to start looking for a new physician right away!If a doctor finds joy in demeaning her patients, she is not in the right profession! I would never recommend this doctor to anyone!!

Dr. Lacera is very easy to speak with, makes me feel comfortable and doesn't rush you when you have questions. I've seen her 3 times and am happy to have found her. Would definitely recommend.

Of I could give Zero stars I would. I went to see this Dr because without warning my other Dr left the practice and I had to get my meds refilled. My appt was at 4pm and at 4:45 she finally walked into the room. I told her my situation and asked to get a refill on my meds (I have been taking these meds for 2 years). She proceeded to tell me that these meds were not really good for me and I shouldn't take them any more. Without them I don't sleep as I suffer from insomnia and severe anxiety. She didn't seem to care about the progress I had made personally since I was on the pills. She seemed to know what was best for me after a 2 minute discussion. I can guarantee if these were meds for heart disease or any other organ she would have wrote it right away. She completely discriminated against me because of my mental health. She is a terrible Dr and my entire family will be leaving the Riverside Medical Clinic because of her.
