Dr Lee is a great Dr but it is pretty difficult to get past the receptionists to get an appointment. I had an appointment which was made by them and I didn't cancel one of mine but they punished me by giving one 3 months away where as the Dr says I can see him within 6-8 weeks max. It is unfair as they don't even let you speak. Once I asked for an emergency appointment but when I got there they claimed that no one gave me an appointment and if I made a note of the person who gave me an appointment. I didn't know that I had to go to such extreme measures. I waited many hours and left as no one paid attention to me. How do I get past this problem I wonder and I can't be the only one facing these obstacles. Do the receptionists own part of the business? Is that why they treat the patients like this ? Sad affair !

Several times I thought of finding another PCP, due to such treatment but the Dr is thorough thus I hung on. Hope your establishment will look into this.

I was seeing Dr. Lee at this office, he's a nice doctor, and was concerned about my health, I could not say the same about his medical Assistant nor fromt office staff.
The stuff is the worst, when I called to get my lab results after two weeks of getting them done, I was told I needed to wait until my next follow-up appointment to get my lab results, which it was scheduled fpr another two months, I cannot and will not wait that long because Dr. Lee needed to see whether I needed to be on meds or not. Then, Adela said she was going to leave a message for the doctor to call me. To make things even worse they never call me to notify me about my two referrals to the two specialist for my existing helath conditions, Adela had the audacity to put me on hold for over 30 minutes just to check about my referrals, I had to hang up, that was just ridiculous, and of course she NEVER called me back.
It's been nearly 6 weeks since I've seen the doctor and still DON'T KNOW, whether or not my two referrals got approved. Horrible experience from Adela (front office) and medical assistant that would NOT even introduce herself. I never knew who was taking my vitals, she wasn't even wearing a name tag.

My primary doctor for 15 yrs. Saved my life, discovering breast cancer. Extremely knowledgeable, she honors the hippocratic oath she took after many years of education with compassion and understanding. Her staff, Adela, Nancy, Lily and Alina are very helpful and knowledgeable as well.

I am very impressed with Dr. Aguiluz! I could tell right off the bat that she is a very kind and caring physician who truly pays attention and listens to her patients and their concerns. I switched doctors because the previous medical office I was going to was terrible and had no urgency or real standard of care. Dr. Aguiluz actually spends time and gets to know you and why you are here, and makes sure you are well taken care of. I'm very grateful to have found this doctors office and look forward to my future visits.

female gynecologist but no they give me a man .
They never answer and never call you back even you asked. Please this is nothing don’t go here .

I would like to say Dr. Aguiluz is the best doctor i've ever had. She is VERY attentive and she makes sure she takes care of everything that I need. The staff is on top of everything. When it comes to getting refferd out to a specialist or mediation refills it gets done immediately. I so happy here. Hands down the best doctor i've had.
