I have some claim issues that my provider is looking into. I have not met the dr in a year and a half, but the nurse practitioner is good, she listens. The front desk is rude and unprofessional. They use a lab NOT in your network for blood work, don't tell you, charge you a "service fee", and you're left with charges. The staff does not refer doctors in your network, I'm told, "that's not what they do", they only give you the script and you're on your own, so lazy, good luck with that! Every time you go, there are new students, and the co-pays and fees change constantly. I think it's time to find a new doctor!

This has been my doctor for the past 2 years. She is very knowledgeable about her studies. She has helped me with weight loss, she has an awesome weight loss program. The office staff is very well trained. And they know what they are doing. I would recommend this office to anyone.

The staff really need to be trained better, my vitals were done in front of other patients. My privacy was violated 3 different times and when I request to speak with a office manager I was told that she was in a meeting for 3 days.

Terrible, long waits over 2 hours for a quick 5 min appointment.

Last min cancellations of important appointments then told 2 weeks to reschedule.

She is rarely at the office and doesn't seem to care about her patients or have the time.

I am so worried that I may Have diabetes so I visit my doctor instead of being treated, I was cursed out and is still awaiting my test results!! Its been 2 weeks now. This is my primary care provider, so there's not a lot I can do.

Horrible service . Dr . Khan is all about insurance money and not concerned about her patients at all . I was told I no longer have asthma and was hospitalized for asthma . The office manager also sick her middle finger at me through the glass door because I couldn’t afford an appointment to get a prescription refilled however I was well within my wellness check up year . Please do not go unless your not concerned with your health .

The clinic is clean. Front desk was nice, the nurse was nice, the doctors were nice. Everyone was super nice. They were friendly and fast. I 100% recommend.
