I am so grateful for doctor de Leon, ever since my first visit. He was super attentive and really took the time to understand my needs and treated me with the upmost
respect. I can't say enough great things highly recommend.

It's a shame they get a single star 🌟 to start with.
Office staff / management terrible
Wait times ...over a month out
Purely a for profit environment
Destroys the trust/faith the patient has put into the practice

Office staff canceled a appointment for my wife. Stated they had reach 3 separate times to contact my wife. Including a date I was present with her the entire day. No messages or record of a call. This gimmick
I've seen used many times by less than reputable places to get appointment off the books so they can go home early or fill it with a more preferential client.

When I asked who specifically had canceled the appointment the desk clerk stated she had no record of who ...only that it was canceled. When I asked for this call to elevated to the manager she placed me on hold then returned refusing allow me to speak to her manager ... offering another appointment date 5 weeks out and placing her on a cancelation list.

Her excuse to why the business was unable to send text messages or emails was that her phone system was too antiquated to perform modern communication techniques. Meanwhile kept ref checking the computer ...which can complete all of those functions.

For a business that targets helping people communicate and work through their issues they sure seem to have their priorities set on something else (👿 $$ 👿)

Refection on the past year includes gratitude for those with positive impact on lives. Dr. De Leon is at the top of the list. It is rare to find a professional who not only has the highest level of expertise, but also displays compassionate listening, astute observations, insightful analysis, and sound recommendations to address the needs of the individual or family. It is doubtful you could find a more caring and professional doctor. I would recommend him without reservation.

Today was my first appointment with Dr. DeLeon, but I like him a lot already. He didn't try to push a bunch of medication on me, he asked me what I wanted to do and I feel like he definitely understood me and how I feel about things. I'm really glad I was referred to him by a friend because he's excellent. I'm excited to get my mental health back on track.
