I have read other reviews and wondered if they were writing about the same office I visited. I found the staff to be very helpful, very efficient, I had hearing tests and the technician was very efficient kind and helpful. He explained what every tear was about and gave me a brief review about rhe results. The doctor then again saw me and gave me detailed information about my test. This was very helpful. The technician who cleaned my ears was gentle and did a thorough job. I was impressed with the front office staff too. I was in and out of the office in less than 30 minutes. Meaning they don’t overbook the patients. I have had experiences with specialist doctors and their office staff. I would honestly say this was my best experience in terms of, service, and time.

If I can give 0 stars, i would. This is the most unprofessional facility I’ve ever been too. Rude clueless staff and rude doctor. If you love your children please look elsewhere. I took my daughter for frequent tonsil infections. Long story short, she needs her tonsils removed. The doctor proceeded to focus on a medical procedure that was not needed which was putting tubs in her ears (she doesn’t get ear infections) i told him that i decline that and to please focus on her tonsils since that’s what my daughters pediatrician referred me for, Dr. Habbestad sad “he’s not the specialist i am, i make the call here”. I left it at that. Next appointment comes by so he can test her ears. My daughter is 2, the TV was on and she was crying, he proceded to say she has mild hearing loss on 1 ear. Which is not true. He continued talking about tubes and my husband told him respectfully again that we decline that, Dr. Habbestad got upset and told my husband “i don’t think there is a good relationship enteren us so I’m going by to just refer you to Loma Linda”. This office is rude, careless and clueless. I called my daughters medical group and they said they submitted it correctly and the next day they canceled it for some reason and resubmitted it incorrectly. Now I need to go into their office and ask them to resubmit it. They don’t seem to know what their doing at times. Think again before coming here!

I attended my scheduled hearing evaluation. The audiologist also performed a throat examination. The administrative staff was very accommodating and helpful. I recommend this practice for individuals with hearing impairments. Thank you. 5 🌟

Very pleased with care I received. I called several ENTs was not able to get a appointment until months later. I called doctor Dr. Habbedtad and was able to get in the same day. The staff was very professional and I got and to see the doctor in a timely fashion. They were very thorough and asked a lot of questions.

Definitely a 0 star rating. A complete waste of time and money. Dr. Habbestad is rude and a crook! He has no compassion or care for developmentally disabled adults. We drove an hour out to see him twice in a month for a referral that could've been given the first time we met with him. We paid over $500 just for him to tell us there was minimal hearing loss and the patient had to be sedated to complete the check up. The so called hearing test is a scam and another waste of time. They didn't even taken into account that the patient is non-verbal, with severe developmental delay. There was no way the results would be accurate when a response from the patient is needed during testing. Beware and look elsewhere if possible.

I won't hesitate to give them 0 if I would. Doctor is very rude, he pinched hard my son's throat to have him pain 2 days. CVS said his prescription is not correct and contacted he twice but no response, I called them twice too but still no result for 2 weeks. He performed impatient and rude during the whole diagnosis. It's so bad.

I made an appointment with Dr. Habestaad based on a referral authorization that I got in the mail from my primary care. No appointment reminder was given to me to remind me of my appointment with them. I showed up at my appointment and filled out all the paperwork. They told me they don't accept my insurance after I had filled out everything and given them my ID cards. I had to drive from Colton to Montclair to find out they don't accept my insurance. I feel they should have given me a courtesy call to tell me they don't accept my insurance. As soon as they discovered that they do not accept my insurance they were immediately cold to me. They threw the paperwork I had completed at me. They were almost hostile towards me. It was a frustrating experience. All I can say is see if they will verify your insurance before you drive all the way over there.

I went in for my appointment at 8 in the morning, and was met with an entirely full office. After sitting in the waiting room for a half hour, they took me back to a private room and made me wait for another hour and a half before the doctor came in. he spent five minutes looking me over, before directing me back out and saying they were going to schedule a tonsillectomy for me. once we went to the front again, we had to wait for another twenty minutes before getting any information. then, after handing us a letter, they directed us to leave. we didn’t read the contents of said letter until we were at home, and all the information was wrong! the doctor himself said he did not think i had sleep apnea and that i only had severe tonsillitis, yet this paper said i had been diagnosed with sleep apnea, and only that. staff has no idea what they are doing, and it is extremely obvious. maybe if they didn’t grossly overbook themselves for a singular doctor, we wouldn’t be having this problem.
