I have been coming here for years and Dr. Mendizabal-Piedra is amazing. Her staff is always very friendly and accommodating when I need an appointment quickly. The staff here needs training on how to treat customers. They are very disrespectful young ladies. Their office manager "STEPHANIE PEÑA" is the worst example of an office manager that I have ever seen. I don't know how she holds a position like that. When I told her that I want her name so that I can write a formal complaint, she gave me her card and told me "here, so that you can get it right". All this and she knew I was pregnant in my first trimester In which you should not get stressed out. So irresponsible. I was so stress out and upset with how I was treated and dismissed that I thought my blood pressure went up. Cold hearted women. Thankfully I found a nice doctors office where the staff was amazing and the doctor was a sweetheart. By the way, Stephanie is the one in the picture to the left wearing black in their profile.

I have been with this doctor for years. They have not updated their website and it still says they accept my insurance. I drove an hour here for then to tell me they can't take me unless it's out of pocket. I don't blame the girl at the front desk but...they seriously need to update their accepted insurance list because I wasted hours due to them.

Okay so this doctor really sucks. This is why I haven't been here since 2015 and now I go back last week Wednsday I got there at 10am and they told me that I had three or four people in front of me and she didn't know how long it would take that I had to make an appointment. I went ahead and made an appointment for today Wednsday Jan 2, 2019. Let's not forget that they accept walk ins, that's why when I went last week and they told me to make one I was not only shocked but confused. But I went a long with it and made the appointment just to give them the benefit of the doubt. Now today I get there at 11:56am and by 2:15pm they had still not seen me or called my name at all and were calling a lot of people to be seen before me when I got there before. I will honestly do everything possible to change primary doctor ASAP!

Love this office... If i could give them 10 stars i would. The people who have left bad reviews have no clue what they're talking about, i can imagine they were probably the rude ones because I have never had a bad experience in that office. On the contrary, everyone is very well trained and very polite.

Did not feel as I was respected as an individual by the front desk and in turn also by their management team, have not yet seen doctor so I cannot comment on his professionalism.
If you're looking to have a speedy visit and feel as though you are truly being helped, then I recommend finding a new doctor with a better equipped staff
