I have been a patient for about 20 years. This office is beyond a doubt, the best. If you are looking for a Doctor who cares and actually will know your name and history, this is the place to be. From the front office staff, who helps get me in every single time I’ve needed to be seen and takes into account my work schedule, to the nurse who is always knowledgeable, helpful, and kind (Christine🙌), to my nurse practitioner (Samantha🥰), who helps me to understand, discover, and heal as I become older and begin to deal with life’s health complications, I can not tell you what a blessing this office has been in my life. I thank each and every employee, who helps me to be able to handle my life’s health complications and has helped me to be the best, most healthy person, I can be! I’m extremely grateful for Dr. Herdel and his entire terrific staff!

I've seen many doctors offices over the years and I was always switching because they either " didn't know what's wrong" or passed it off as nothing, so they weren't helping me. Ever since I started here I've had nothing but a great experience. Wait is always very short and they give 110% off compassion and want to rule out worst case scenarios. My husband sees Samantha and I see Jennifer. We discuss how it always sounds like the same person because they're both so thorough and wanting to eliminate anything serious first and foremost. I've never seen Dr herdel but I'm sure he's just as good because I can tell he hired these girls with a certain criteria to meet.

I have been a patient in Dr. Herdel's practice for 7 years now, yet, I have never met him, even once. I have always dealt with nurse practitioners and the front office staff. Today when I called asking about my blood tests that were taken one week ago, I was treated with extreme rudeness by a member of the front office staff. They expect to be treated with respect, yet don't think they need to respect their own patients. If you are looking for an office staff that will treat you with respect, look somewhere else because you will not find it here!

I met DR Herdel over a year ago as a client referral from a mutual friend. I had gotten severely ill while traveling out of country. After returning home i spent 2 months in pain and sleepless nights.i called DR Herdel and he was kind enough to see me the next day. After the exam he explained in terms i could understand my situation. I took the prescribed medication and with in 24 hrs i felt like a new man. It was the 1st day in 2 months that i slept well and went to work all day free from the pain that i was sure was killing me. If only i had made the call to his office 2 months ago!!
The staff here is 1st rate and the care i was given was nothing like i have ever had from ANY doctor.
EXCEPTIONAL almost does not even serve as enough praise for him and his staff.
I am no longer afraid of calling a Dr.thanks to Dr Herdel.
I wish i could give him and his staff 10 STARS!!!

He takes time to answer all your questions. Because he takes time with every patient the appointment is usually later than your appointment time. Call the office about an hour before to see how far behind he is running. They will let you know when to show up. Phones cut off at 3 everyday but Wednesday. Truly a caring physician.....well worth the time.

I ain't going to lie he's a good doctor if you got money. Otherwise he's just like the rest it's all about the money. You call with the problem they say they're not accepting any more patients at this time like everybody else. Despite if you have history or not.
