Fritz was very helpful at a time when I needed support. I was having surgery and needed emotional support. He helped me with breathing techniques leading up to the surgery so that I could manage my stress. He also did research on my emotional support animal so that he could write me a letter to ensure she could be with me after my surgery. Made all the difference.
