I had a very disappointing experience here. The front desk staff and nurses were openly discussing patients while I was in the waiting room, which felt unprofessional and inappropriate. I waited an hour and a half only to be told something that could have easily been communicated over the phone.

When I brought up a separate issue, the doctor incorrectly claimed that was the reason for my visit. Front office staff implied it was my fault for not staying on top of my care.

I also overheard staff hanging up on patients and saying, ‘we’ll figure it out.’ The lack of professionalism and patient respect makes me unable to recommend this office.

Given these concerns, I am hoping DMHC will follow up with the filed complaint and review this practice so others don’t have to go through the same.

By far the best patient care I have had in many years. Dr. Farough T. Owiesy MD and his PA are the best. Staff is super friendly and caring. Whenever I meet people that are upset and feel like their health care system has failed them. I always give them Dr. Owiesy medical office number. So they can finally get help from a wonderful caring doctor.

Probably the only doctor of Corona that is as educated as this man. Very humble caring always goes extra mile love his staff , The girls up front are always very polite. His assistant, Dr. Kim.. Moved to corona five years ago we don’t even have a doctor and we have a PPO. Never thought I’d have to find a doctor at urgent care, but we go to the Dodgers, but this is the best that we could ever ask for. He’s very old-school, but he is the nicest you could ever ask for. The front desk people beed to be trained! They take so long to do things, to send me my reports. They refused to email me mt reports!! Thats insane I am the patient and its my right to have my reports!

If you want to get proper care this is the place. I suffer from Ulcerative Colitis as well as a few other health issues and for over a year I was struggling to get proper treatment I randomly got on Google defeated to look up drs in my area. I found this office made my first appointment and during that appointment I had more information and help than any other dr had provided I felt heard I wasn’t rushed I wasn’t a number to them I’m a person there and they care I have nothing but amazing things to say and I will never go anywhere else. Thank you to the ENTIRE staff from the front desk to the nurses and drs you have all been a tremendous help to me and I am beyond thankful

The staff at the front desk are super nice and knowledgeable. Dr. Owiesy is great. He is interested in people and their health. I like that writing a prescription isn't always his first answer to problems. He has helped me through numerous health issues all with success.

Absolutely horrible. My first appointment got changed to being over the phone, rather than in person, about 10 minutes before my actual appointment. I was understanding, and agreed to do an appointment over the phone. It took me quite some time to fill out the paperwork on my own laptop, but it had been over an hour later and I still had not received a call from the doctor. About a month later, I attempted to call again (since the receptionist told me they were still accepting appointments over the phone), and the only answer I get is a annoyed "hello," and then when I nicely said I would like to make an appointment, a man, I'm assuming the doctor, called me sweetheart, and told me he was answering this on the emergency phone, no one was in the office, and this was the phone for emergencies only. Mind you, I called the number online, that matched the number on my insurance card, during hours that say they are open online. I have never seen the doctor, and I'm glad I didn't, because his reviews on every other website are absolutely horrible.

Dr. Oweisy has been a God send and has helped me with some personal things I have been going through and also helped me with my anxiety. He is very professional and caring when it comes to his patients! The staff is also great!!
