I will NEVER return to this office. I have been following Dr. Pando for about 2 years. Never had any serious issues except for routine/annual checkups. Dr. Pando has always given me information to help me along and has never really had a reason for too much interaction. This week when I needed him the most, he was not available, couldn't make an appointment or receive a call back from the office. I wrote an email with my concerns, because I couldn't get anyone on the phone and now the office is is closed and I didn't get a call back yet. As soon as I hit send, He called me immediately. First thing he said to me is I haven't seen you in one year, don't come back, find another doctor, or go back to the emergency room. Pretty much figure it out yourself. Shocking, and in the middle of me asking where is this coming from, he hung up the phone on me. Amazing....professionalism and great emotional intelligence. Whatever you are going through, fix it fast. Not a good look.

This office is very unprofessional and disrespectful. I have been going to this doctor for 13 years and will be finding a new primary care physician. Every time I call to try and make an appointment I cant even get anyone to pick up the phone and when I leave a message no one calls me back. I left a message 2 weeks ago and still have had no one call me. This is the only doctors office I've ever dealt with that was this bad. I would not recommend going to this doctor. He also prescribed my mother a medicine that was doing way more harm than good and she had to do her own research to find out why her health was declining even further. DO NOT COME HERE.

The doctor and all his staff are unprofessional. I never will return to there. I put a complaint because they don't take a gap insurance. This doctor doesn't have spirit of service only wants to get more an more money to pay the new office. I went feeling bad and he told me go to urgent care because I don't do COVID test here...because Of I do I will have a long line here only for COViD.!!! Pathetic! Don't call them !for care your health.

I have searched for a great doctor for a long time and I’m so happy I finally found one. Dr. Pando is polite and understanding and addresses any question you may have. He takes his time to explain any diagnosis. This is the very first time in my entire life that both the doctor and the office staff is a pleasure to deal with. The office staff answers the phone on the first try, call back when they say they will, and are nice and professional when you meet them. Finally, your appointment time is actually the time the doctor will see you. I have not had to wait more than 10 minutes to see the doctor. I cannot recommend this primary doctor enough!

Dr. Pando is knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and extremely pleasant. He listens to you without rushing you. The staff is courteous, very professional and work very efficient. I’m glad I became his patient. I highly recommend him.
