I met with Dr Cosgrove told her my concerns and what I was hoping to accomplish. Rebecca Barnett was very acknowledge and shared her own personal experience. She just had a procedure and looked natural and refreshed. I was presented with several treatment options to help me achieve my results. I started with the diamond glow facial then target cool with skin booster and Botox. I just had a Cool sculpt on my neck jawline so far I’m very pleased with the results professionalism of the practice and Dr Cosgrove kind approach to ease my mind and achieve my goal. Look forward to continuing care from her.

I am a relatively new patient with Desert Med Aesthetics. It has truly been an outstanding experience. I have had Botox with 4 other providers and never a second time. The reason behind this is that since the first time I have never gotten similar results….until now.
I see Lisa Roedel RN who takes incredible care of my Botox injections. After my first visit my lines were much improved and looked perfectly natural. It was a given that I would be back. As a health care provider myself, a great personality goes a long way, but ultimately it is knowledge and skill that makes a practitioner successful. Lisa is incredibly skilled and very knowledgeable which brought incredible results. But she also has the intangibles that put me at ease, made me feel very comfortable with the treatment plan and executed with precision. And she’s hilarious on top of it. Now who can do all that while sticking needles in my face. I am so very confident in her. The administrative staff is also delightful and effective. I will go nowhere else.

Dr. Doriana and her staff are kind, wonderful, professional, experienced, non-judgmental, knowledgable, and so helpful with wanting to make you look and feel your best. I would highly recommend her over any of my past dermatologist I have been to. She truly listens to what my goals are and what my insecurities were. Her calm voice while doing injections creates such a comfortable atmosphere so you can just relax and have little to no pain. The result s are amazing and I will be flying back here just for her expertise and of course wonderful staff!!!

Came here for Laser hair removal with Jennifer and Lisa and I'm so incredibly happy with my results even after just two sessions my hair is almost gone! They made me feel incredibly welcome and safe and assured me my skin wouldn't pigment (a previous clinic had told me so) and sure enough my skin hasn't darkened and if anything looks brighter without the hair. My only wish was that I had come sooner! Absolutely recommend coming here for laser hair removal--I'm absolutely loving my results!!

Hesitated after reading some of the prior reviews here on Google but really glad I went anyway! Found Dr Cosgrove to be friendly, highly experienced and detail oriented.

She honestly assessed my entire face, without criticism, and let me know advised tweaks instead of selling me on what I thought I needed... made great suggestions for how to achieve natural results.

Pricing was about the same as others in the area from what I've experienced. I only had a small bit of Botox and Dr Cosgrove advised waiting on the rest. I found her pleasant, honest and am very glad I went.

For those pointing out her background as an anaesthesiologist, she seems to have gone to med school for this but has worked in the aesthetic field for over 20 years based on the diplomas I saw in the office. Just FYI because I saw it mentioned in another review.

I know we're all sensitive about our appearance but I did not feel pressured or criticised in any way. I hope this review helps someone.

I'll be returning here instead of where I've had Botox and filler in the past, because she seems to have a much better eye for aesthetics than the dr I was using previously

I went to see the doctor for my 70 th birthday.
She charged me $5,000.00 for fillers for my face. She injected something in my upper neck and my lip partially froze and I looked like I had a stroke. I asked her to do something and she said she would freeze the other side. I looked like a freak. When I made another appointment she did not see me. What a SCAM! Find someone else.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Cosgrove for 11 years. I have never been disappointed with a single treatment. I once made the mistake of going to someone else when I wasn’t able to get into see Dr. Cosgrove because she was out of the country for a medical humanitarian mission. I learned that she volunteers for a mission around the same time every year, so I plan my treatments accordingly. If you want to maintain looking great without looking “done” or like you’ve had something done… I highly recommend Dr. Cosgrove!

First time I went she charged me $600. It was my first time I ever had it done, so I figured everyone charges that much. After going to two different places in the valley I was charged $310 at Dr.Werrner in La Quinta & the other place was with nurse Shirley off Bob hope which was the same or less can't remember, so pretty much I got robbed. Med Spa has a Dr who injects and not a nurse.
