The office staff are friendly and helpful. The Respiratory Therapist is experienced and knowledgeable. I’m claustrophobic and he made me feel at ease while in the body box, during testing. Dr. Dinesh Verma took time to explain what my test results meant and what could help me going forward. I would highly recommend this doctors office to anyone in need of a good pulmonary care.

I wait over an hour at every appointment. Seriously he needs better staff. Please don’t wastes people’s time.
At check in, I waited at the window while the staff chatted one with her back towards me and the other looking at me. This clearly happens often.

Many doctors are very matter of fact and not engaging, but
Dr. Verma is the complete opposite. From the first appointment I felt very comfortable and informed about any issue that I was experiencing. I highly recommend Dr. Verma!!!

I have mixed feelings about my visit today. The lady at the front desk was so personable and helpful and so was my technician. But I was there for two hours total. 1 hour I spent in the waiting room while I watched everyone come and go. It felt like they forgot about me. The breathing test is hard! If you have any breathing problems be prepared. I was dizzy and nauseous but hopeful. The technician kept telling me that I would be able to get some answers so it was all worth it. When I talked to the doctor afterwards he was very nice, but very rushed. He kept telling me I was “fine”. There is a review on here that says his diagnosis is clouded by own personal experience and that is true. I Walked out with 140 heart rate, dizziness and shortness of breath. Some of my results were good. Some of them he said were irregular but “fine”. I walked out with more questions than answers. I walked in with CT images he didn’t care to look at. I would definitely get a second opinion and urge everyone to listen to their gut and be their own advocate.

I found everything clean, in order, the office staff was very helpful and friendly.
The appointment was for my Mother, she is 73 and in a wheel chair. Dr Verma made sure to make eye contact and speak in laymen terms, as to not confuse us. His bedside manner was very polite, and he answered all our questions.
