Dr Jue has to be the most lazy doctor I’ve ever experienced. I would go into an appointment with one problem, he would ignore it, and try to push a product that he would get money for prescribing. One time I went in for an asthma problem, he ignored it, pointed out I have a little bit of acne, and proceeded to prescribe me something for that. Another time I went in with a list of vaccinations I needed for school. He quickly looked at it and was like “yeah you got them all” only for the school itself to get back to me and say that I was missing two. On top of his laziness, he is an impersonal and rude individual when you talk with him. The office also gives off creepy and uninviting vibes.

Dr. Jue is the most genuine and caring doctor I have been to. He wants to help and see you succeed. Really grateful to him and his office! Finding a good doctor can be hard so when you find a good one it means so much!

I've seen Dr. Jue for seven-years or more. I appreciate his experience, thoroughness, and bed side manner. He has helped me through several injuries and a few other medical problems in a very helpful and professional manner - every time.

Dr. Jue has been my PCP for 2 years now, and I’ve had nothing but good experiences. Whether I’ve needed specialist referrals for chronic issues, or when I had a severe anxiety attack and needed an immediate appt. All times I’ve interacted with him and his office staff have been pleasant and they have gone out of their way to assist me. I am especially forever grateful for Dr. Jue’s kind, compassionate treatment when I was struggling with my mental health and did not even know how to properly verbalize it. He gently validated my feelings, tolerated my crying, and carefully explained all treatment options in the clearest way possible. His support and care was impressive, and he even knew to run a thyroid test- I later found out it’s not necessarily standard practice yet to consider a thyroid issue when someone presents with anxiety. But low and behold, I had a slightly hyperactive thyroid result on the day after a massive anxiety attack. The follow ups since that day are regular and every conversation I have with him about my health is productive. I’m so grateful for Dr. Jue.

Dr Jue has been looking after my wife and I, on and off, for the past 10 or so years. We have moved around the States a lot and have had several different family doctors and thus have good benchmarks for what makes a good practice. What makes Dr Jue different are: 1) He's up to date with Standards of Care. 2) He takes time to figure out what's wrong and discusses and discusses the options thoroughly 3) He doesn't automatically reach for the prescription pad as you enter the office (so to us at least, more like the UK NHS medics we're used to who won't dish out antibiotics without good reason), 4) His office is open every other Saturday - which is incredibly convenient and finally 5) His office staff follow up incredibly quickly. I was seeing an FAA aviation med specialist who needed my past history. It was coming through his fax before I left the office!
I'd recommend Dr Jue to anyone needing a capable, responsive and caring family doctor.

Mister Jue, Pompous Esquire, has to rate as one of the most deeply indifferent, do-nothing and utterly useless personal care quacks I've ever encountered anyplace; he actually makes me miss my questionable Kaiser quack, and that's just SCARY. Even his office of scowling secretaries and assistants has a miserable mood to it, an early warning sign itself. Admittedly, I picked Jue mostly out of proximity than qualifications, my mistake. Our initial visit was supposed to be for my annual physical exam: which for Jue consisted of just taking my blood pressure, which I could've done for no cost at the local pharmacy store! Granted, his excuse will be a lengthy recording of my verbally recounted patient history. But if I wanted a chatroom partner, I would've consulted elsewhere. Like many a quack, Jue neglects to listen, preferring instead to attribute to a long-term, chronic condition(like my sleep apnea)my deviated septum rather than my daily, regular and excessive sinus-mucus accumulation which he neglected to address at all, despite repeated requests via his Elation Passport email system. Knowing I've been diagnosed with mitral valve prolapse/regurgitation, Jue didn't even make time to listen to my heart murmur! Nor did he do the usual look down the traditional orifices(eye, ears, nose, throat). My Kaiser quack would scarcely let me get off without that dreaded digital colon exam. Nor did he order a round of standard blood lab tests, his excuse being his desire to unduly delay until Kaiser transferred my medical record, which it has neglected to do after months of repeated form requests. Jue made no attempt to assist with prodding that transfer from Kaiser. Come to find out, another quack he referred me to for a neurological condition has complete access to my Kaiser medical record, but reneges, saying it's just too "difficult" to copy-and-paste it to Jue. Once that neurologist's notes on his diagnosis of my other condition were sent to Jue, Jue took no initiative to order the blood lab tests tne neurologist needed for further analysis and treatment. No communication relating to this was made, either, so I was just left hanging waiting for the blood lab tests to be ordered; a lab slip was finally forthcoming only after I sent a letter to the neurologist recounting the situation. Both that lab slip AND Jue's initial referral displayed an incorrect defunct address for the neurologist, so I was sent on foot on a wild goose chase just to make that first referred appointment! Jue then refuses to email "back-and-forth" to address even the simplest of queries relating to patient care, preferring to inconvenience the patient with unnecessary office visits that'll ensure yet another fee for his indifferent do-nothing-ness. Jue's irresponsible conduct of his office is intolerable but now I can't even rid myself of this quack as my personal care physician. Three times I've applied through my HMO for a replacement quack and have yet to receive even an acknowledgement much less a confirmation. Whether Jue's in his profession just for the money, or whatever, he sure as HECK isn't in it for the patients, or their health and well-being. My recommendation to anyone considering him: don't even THINK about going there! End of story. Enough said.

Have seen both doctors, Dr Jue and Dr Chang....I've been going 25 plus years, husband went 10 years, (he didn't think he had to go) Dr Jue got me thru my husbands' sudden death. He has always listened, very, very seldom do i feel rushed. He is knowledgeable in current affairs of the globe.

Dr. Jue is quick to diagnose, and does little for his patients once he makes a diagnosis. He seems to be an intelligent man, yet he lacks empathy. I’m sure he is great for people suffering from common colds. However, Dr. Jue is not a doctor who should be consulted for anything other than a mild cold. I would not recommend using him as a primary care doctor.
