Let me begin by saying my family and I have been coming here for years and most recently noticed a change in staff. Upon checking in was not greeted, but told immediately that I did not complete my check in online. Good customer service is saying good morning or good afternoon to your patients. I waited around 20 minutes before being called in I have no complaints with the doctor. It was not with Dr. Cynthia Moreno but with an associate who was friendly however, again, the front office staff who does the checkout not very friendly. Today my husband was one minute late to his appointment and was told they could not see him or they would get in trouble. He drove all the way from Yorba Linda and called ahead to let them know he would be two minutes late. this is horrible way to treat your patients. I am in the medical field and cannot believe, this is what her practice has turned into. We will be changing providers immediately and letting all of our family members know that if they are one minute late they will not be seen. Good luck

If I were rating this office for their PAs, I would certainly give them 4 stars. However, this rating is for Dr. Cynthia Moreno. I have never seen Dr. Moreno for an appointment or any doctor for that matter in this office during the 5 years I have been coming to her office. I am paying insurance rates that warrant a doctor's visit. I am not at all satisfied with the absence of her care.

Dr. Rana Lee is now one of my favorite doctors there. She is everything a patient needs, in my opinion. Caring, great listener, amazing attitude, extremely informative and knowledgeable, and above all she is kind. If possible, I will be requesting future appointments with Dr. Lee only. I believe she’s a P.A., but I’ll just call her Dr. 🙂

Worst experience I have ever had with an office, recently changed insurance as I changed jobs. Am currently on some medication and need to see a Dr. to get renewed. 1st available appt 60 days out, Asked if I can go to my blood panels prior so she has the test results to refill my medication when it is do. Said no, than said that would bo order and another 30-45 days for next appt... When I expresses frustration and trying to figure a way around this the lady hung up. Now I am a firm individual and I like to find solutions and not waste time but the lady hung up without a solution. I will now never be seeing this dr again because her staff is just rude..

I’ve been a patient with this office for two years and have never even seen Dr. Moreno. Everyone says how thorough and caring she is but I have not experienced that level of care at her office. I had a minor heart attack and they are giving me a hard time about an off work order. Smh. I can’t even attend my appointments without being off work. This is a recipe for death

Simply a mess of a medical practice, and leaves a lot to be desired. I don’t know why they get so much praise, but it is unwarranted—based on my months as a patient.

It’s an office that doesn’t make you feel welcome. Very argumentative over being explanatory when asked a question. Takes weeks to months get an appointment, even when you’re an established patient. Refuses walk-ins, even though was told they would see any established patient anytime during business hours. Closed for two hours during each day, but does not say so on their website nor informs you as a patient until you call and get the answering machine. PAs and doctor take over 10 business days to respond to a call or portal message (a response time limit within their own policy). Everyone is too always too busy, and they let you know about it. Additionally, the “nurses” and front office staff leave a bitter taste for a “trusting medical office.” I would not recommend Chino Hills Family Medical for your medical needs.

My gosh, I love this doctor. I live in Central California, and I pay the more expensive insurance just to see her. She is the best doctor I've ever had in my life. She listens and actually sees you as a human being. Her staff is good, as well as the PA's in office. She solved health problems for me that stumped other doctors. She's amazing.
