I have united health insurance & community care thru VA, turned everything in reminded them more than once received a combined bill after almost a year for $990, called billing lady got hateful told me I had to get referral from VA, called VA, they have to do referral, VA called billing lady was loud , defensive, blaming me for not turning in VA info, I'm still stuck with paying because Dr office staff took advantage of a disabled combat vet . So be aware they will see you for a year then screw you over , I almost feel safer at the VA. But at least community care had us on 3way call

Dr Dibello is awesome! His two Nurse Practocioners Jennifer and Erica are top notch! Very friendly office staff. Kristen Gray is so sweet and Jackie. I always look forward to seeing them all. Way to go Dr Dibello's office! Iam usually in and out in a timely fashion. If not I dont mind the waiting! All very professional. 4 to 5 stars for this office.Love them all. Dr Dibello has been .my Dr for 2 years!!

They have been the best pulmonologist I’ve ever been to in my 15 years of having asthma. Doesn’t matter if I see the dr or the nurse practitioner, they always make sure I’m well taken care of.

Have to say Dr and staff are fantastic! But to get through on telephone is absolutely the worst!! As of today (1-9-2024) I have been calling to ask for appointment for 2 weeks and NO answer.

Poor communication. Staff will cancel your appointment without notifying you. Office manager was apologetic but that doesn't change the fact that I wasted an entire day for an appointment that didn't exist.
