My husband went for his annual and first visit as we changed insurance.No communication was mentioned prior or at the appointment that they will charge it as office visit AND annual visit combo. Asked them to order prescription for free sample cgm along with 3 emails, no cooperation-NADA. All this practice care is get more bucks out of you in any possible way out there without putting any effort. Have a rude staff on front desk who can't understand basic ENGLISH. STAY AWAY from this practice, there are many better than these folks.

If I could give 0 stars to this practice I would!
Dr. D is amazing - his nurse practitioners as well but his office staff just called to tell me effective immediately my mother was kicked out of the practice due to her MediCal.
No warning that - hey next year we have decided not to accept MediCal and even though you are not using it to access care here you will be out.
No help with people that might be able to pick up her care.
Logged onto her MyChart account and Dr. D is gone and now an 86 year old woman with intense health needs who has been with this doctor for years has no physician!!
NO WARNING!!!!!!
How can this doctor go to sleep at night knowing that he has abandoned a patient (probably many) like this.
Never have a seen callousness like this in the care of patients!
Don't go here if security and communication is important to you!

Recommend you pass on this office. Dr. Demonteiro's staff is really wonderful, but in all the years I've been his patient, the only time I've actually been seen by the doctor (and not just his staff) was when he was treating my husband in the hospital. What's up with that? Sexism? Too much time on the greens? More patients than he can handle? No idea. I was recently turned down for an insurance policy based on something in my file there, and his office made me feel like I was asking too much by calling to ask about what it was about and for an appointment to discuss with the doctor. Now looking for another provider, one who actually has time for their patients and cares about them. Two stars, only because he has usually excellent staff.

I'm extremely impressed with Dr. Demonteiro and with his staff. I've been a patient for three years, and Dr. Demonteiro has always answered any of my questions, and he's been very helpful with any problems that I've had. I highly recommend him as a very knowledgeable doctor.

I am shocked at the negative reviews here. Almost sounds like they're at the wrong office. Dr. DeMonteiro and his PAs and the staff are the most friendliest medical staff I have ever witnessed. They are very professional, thorough, kind and attentive to their patient's needs. They bend backwards for their patients/clients on the same day appointment needs when a medical issue deems necessary such as strep throat. It feels like they are family to us. We (myself and three adult children) have been with Dr. DeMonteiro and the PAs and office staff for the past 10 years. Feel very confident in their care for us. Thank you all 🙂

They have been my primary care office for a couple of years. I have never had an issue with the NPs but I have never even met my "Doctor" in addition the office staff are extremely unprofessional.

No doctoring at all. I brought my mom here who has multiple health issues. We were never able to get an appointment with Dr D but instead saw a PA who said she was consulting with the Dr. They put no thought into my mom's health and didn't even put her much needed prescriptions in. If left up to them she would be dead. The office is gross and they have limited hours. If you value your health find a practice that actually practices medicine. This group is a waste of money and I believe will actually endanger your health by complete lack of care.

My husband and I saw Dr. Chinnavuth for new patient physicals. We really enjoyed both himself and his PA’s. Even though the wait time was 45 minutes+ we felt like once we were taken back the staff was friendly and care was excellent. We were shocked when we got bills for office visits instead of physicals (which would have been completely covered by insurance). When I called to speak with the office manager she was extremely rude and told me we hadn’t had physicals at all and this was a new patient appt. I asked how the dr knew we were healthy enough to tell us we didn’t need to come back for 2-3 years if he didn’t do a physical ( we haven’t gone to a Dr in 5+ yrs). She pulled up our charts and said he noted we didn’t need to come back for 1 year but it still wasn’t a physical. We had blood tests ordered our vitals checked and a general once over just like a physical. We didn’t have a lot of history to go over as we pre filled out the book of paperwork. As much as we really liked the Dr. after this experience with the office manager we will not be returning and can not recommend anyone else go there.
