Yes I'm a caregiver for a patient of Dr B, we called doctor to let know that my client had covid, they request a photo of the covid test, we then send a copy to his office he then return call the next day to patient he told her she would to wait till Monday for the phone visit which was 3 days later. While Monday come along and no call mean while my 68 year old client has been suffering at home with covid and no meds. While they will hear from me tomorrow which is the 5th day with covid for her

For my first daughters first four years, we brought her here and the service was great. Now with my 6 month old, we've had horrible service. Just calling alone, to set up an appointment is a hassle. I've called many many many times, and they've put me on hold for 20+ minutes. I've had to hang up and call back and had to give them attitude to get them to get anything done. Finally, I got my 6 month old daughter an appointment, (they ask me what the appointment is for and how old the baby is) I give the lady on the phone all the information and when I get to my appointment, they tell me the doctor isn't in and nothing can be done. RIDICULOUS. Over it and I advise everyone to not come here. Also, they made me take home my daughters dirty diaper. Seriously?! The nurses and the staff used to be great here. Not anymore.

Terrible experience every single time. The receptionists are extremely rude and sarcastic. Scheduled an appointment for my youngest sister and less than an hour before the appointment my mom receives a call telling her that her insurance wasn't "working" when the receptionist had zero evidence indicating that the insurance wasn't working. Apparently nothing was wrong with the insurance and the receptionists made unsolicited decisions. When I call the receptionist to complain she makes a snarky comment "it's not like we called you five minutes before your appointment", you had enough time to settle everything with your insurance. Mind you, I had school that day and my mom was working and absolutely nothing was wrong with our insurance. The service is terrible and plan on waiting on the phone for an hour only to get no questions answered and get treated badly.The place is "always busy" when infact the waiting room happens to always be empty. Sadly we don't have good insurance so we have been forced to go to this miserable place.

I was concerned when I read the other reviews, but since Dr. Vee was the only doctor that our health plan would allow us to transfer to in an emergency, I had to go to this office. I showed up to their office at 9 AM without an appt for my son. I was quickly greeted by the front desk staff and taken care of. They sent my son’s referral request the same day. I've called the office several times and they have always answered and been very professional and have always followed up with any needed request. The service was amazing for me and my son. I couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised.

About to waste my time writing a review which I never do. Same thing I said on Yelp. The worst doctor I've ever been to. I'm better off driving to Fullerton. Can't ever make appointments, apparently always busy. Always told to call back. They never answer the phone when you need something and refuse to fill out paperwork if you need it. Absolutely the worst doctor I've seen in my 25 years on this Earth. Absolutely not a single care for this patients. What a shame. If it isn’t evident that this place is a dumpster fire then their receptionists will show you how trash they are. How do people like this get a medical degree? Put a shame to good doctors

Hands down one the WORST primary doctors out there. She is extremely judgmental - ready to pump you up with scrips so she make her money ( even if you don't need them). She runs several clinics in the area including one urgent care and racking in the money - a very greedy person. Does not address certain issues - brushes them off. Is not a body positive encouraging person even after 40 lbs weight loss. I have very obvious lips tattood on my neck and she asked me if it was a hicky Who does that. I thought this woman retired and her daughter took over. This is what I was told on the phone by one of her receptionists. They said that the daughter had taken over and she is more compassionate. When I showed up and saw her my blood pressure went through the roof because of my experience her in the past. I have a severe nail issue and all she accused me of was that I pick my nails. She rather prescribe and over medicate than write a referral to a doctor that specializes in the issue. She does not believe that salt has anything to do with high blood pressure. Instead I was schooled that I might have lower blood pressure if I did not have the need for a plan B pill.... No lady, I would have lower blood pressure, if the daughter was there instead of her. She is all about the money , judgement and negativity. Velcro shot on all the blood pressure devices and she wanted to prescribe me high blood pressure medication and diabetic meds after just having it a bit high in her office. I checked my pressure after I left and ALL day today and its NORMAL. I do not even have diabetes and just lost 40lbs and going - eating all the things I should so I have no idea why this woman wanted to push all these drugs on me. PLUS - I have anxiety and she want to make sure I am taking my Claritin everyday? Umm no - I cant even sleep on it? Every time I seem to call they are on lunch and take off early at random. Switched my primary care today and not looking back. My experience the other day was extremely upsetting. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

This is my favorite Doctor’s office! The receptionists there are so helpful & on top of everything. I was going to be in town for only a week & they were able to get my referrals & appointments set up in time.

Worst doctors office you can ever go to. They never answer the phone and want to charge no show fees when you can’t even get through to someone. They don’t even give you your right diagnostics!
