It’s “usually” not a great experience to have to see a proctologist but, after many visits with Dr. Scherer, I changed my mind. She has the best knowledge and professionalism I have come to respect and appreciate; plus, she is very humorous. If you need a proctologist, please see her!

I absolutely love this woman, her staff, her care, her attitude. Its not too common you find a doctor like this who cares for her patients as she does. The facility is immaculate clean and the kindness extended to her patients goes a long way. I went in in a lot of excruciating pain and Dr. Scherer is so knowledgeable and caring that I left being able to laugh for the first time in weeks. Everyone is laid back there creating a comforting environment for you. She is a rarity in this world and I HIGHLY recommend seeing her for the vast amount of services she has accomplished in her schooling. Dr. Scherer is everything you want in a doctor. She is personable, caring, and most of all highly proficient in all aspects of medicine. In many cases she knows more than a specialist and able to identify the true cause of a problem. Whether you need a primary care physician or a proctologist (or both!), Dr. Scherer is a first-rate choice. Medical Assistant Heather is a great complement.

Aside from the fact that Dr. Scherer is a medical SAVIOUR, I’ve never come across a more efficient, competent and pleasant office staff (which is quite unusual today). Dr. Scherer’s medical assistant Heather is also wonderful, and in my 5+ years as a patient, I've never waited more than 10 minutes to be seen. I live in Lighthouse Point but would drive 100+ miles to keep seeing Dr. Scherer and her team.

HIGHLY recommend Dr Scherer - she and the entire staff were pleasant and friendly. Having never gone to her before, I was immediately put to ease. The Dr and nurse were both friendly, caring and took the time to answer all my questions. Most importantly, the pain I had was almost immediately gone after one visit. 5 stars for me! THANK YOU!

Went to Dr. Scherer based on all the good reviews she has, and I was not disappointed. She and her nurse Heather were very friendly, but at the same time very professional. Explained everything, took the time to listen and make you feel comfortable. Worth making the trip to her office. Highly recommend!
